Upon arrival, guests are welcomed through a private entrance leading to a beautifully appointed second-floor apartment. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen area offers panoramic water views from two walls of windows.

The kitchen features a breakfast bar for two and a marble-top dining table seating four, all overlooking the spectacular scenery. Relax in the spacious living area furnished with a two-person pull-out couch, additional loveseat, unique Clock coffee table, and a 50" LED smart TV with unlimited channel and AI access.

The bedroom boasts a king bed adorned with 1000-count Egyptian sheets and Ralph Lauren pillows and comforters, complemented by two large closets, a desk secretary, and two comfortable chairs facing the incomparable views. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and washer/dryer for added convenience.

Step outside to enjoy the outdoor spaces, including a new mahogany deck accessible from the living area, furnished for dining and sunbathing. On the ground level, a large private outdoor patio surrounded by gardens features a pergola in a rose garden, gas grill, and outdoor seating exclusively dedicated to Rockbilt Loft guests. Enjoy the beutifully landscaped patio with expansive views of Frenchman's Bay and the ocean.

Located in the historic and elegant neighborhood of Lookout Point. Conveniently situated just 4 minutes away from the Acadia National Park main entrance and visitor center, guests can easily explore the area's natural wonders. Within walking distance, the quaint village of Hulls Cove offers shops, cottages, and restaurants, including the acclaimed Picnic restaurant and the Chart Room restaurant and bar.

For transportation, guests can take a short walk to Route 3 and hop on the Island Explorer free bus service, providing access to Bar Harbor, other island villages, and Acadia National Park.

Rockbilt Loft is available for Saturday to Saturday 7-night stays for up to 3 guests, with additional weekly and monthly options available during the winter months. Amenities include cable TV, WIFI, washer/dryer, BBQ, linens, coffee maker, and outdoor furnishings. Parking for one car is provided.
