The privately accessed entry, from the parking area or garage, opens to a staircase which will lead you to the second-floor apartment. Enter the combined Living and Kitchen area with a wall of windows and sliding doors to the deck offering outstanding elevated water views.

The Kitchen area feature a breakfast bar with window seating for two and updated kitchen appliances. The living area has a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, a mounted large flat screen TV, and pull-out couch suitable for one, possibly two, children.

The Primary Bedroom has a Queen Bed, large closet, ceiling fan, and a cozy reading nook and there is a Full Bath with a custom-tiled walk-in shower next to the Primary Bedroom.

Although the homeowners will be residing in the attached main house, a mudroom breezeway creates plenty of "buffer" to ensure your privacy and comfort.
