Welcome to Suzie's Place, in the heart of Cornwall PEI. Situated in a family friendly neighborhood located just 10 minutes to down town Charlottetown and within 15-20 minutes of beautiful PEI beaches. This home offers an open concept living space with a south facing kitchen, dining & living area. Three Queen beds and can provide blow up bed by request. The home sleeps 6-8 people and is perfect for families!

-Can include a play pen upon request.
-Can include Queen Blow up bed upon request for extra sleeping.
-A community pool is only a 5 minute walk.
-There is a family park on the street.
- A local dairy bar just behind the property.
-Local Brewery & Food truck only a 5 minute walk.
-Pharmacy is just behind the property.
-10 minute walk to local grocery store, liquor store, coffee shops and some local restaurants.
-Bike & Walking trail that takes you from Cornwall right into Charlottetown.
-Large sports field, only a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk.
-10 minute drive to local Golf Courses!

Suzie's house is perfect for a short or long stay. There are two bedrooms bath on the first level and a bed and bath livingroom downstairs. The place is extremely clean, well furnished and stocked.

Very clean, good location close to beaches downtown, coffee and amenities. Very comfortable and quiet neighbourhood for family. Really enjoyed our stay.

Good location to easily access many parts of the island. Easy, clean, sufficient space for 2 moms and 2 kids. Suzie was extremely responsive.

A wonderful family home

Suzie's house was perfect for our family weekend. The quiet neighborhood and proximity to shops and the university were just what we needed. It felt like home and was well appointed.

Perfect house to explore PEI

We stayed for 4 nights and had everything we needed. The house is clean and warmly decorated. We explored the island while working from the house. Great wifi and our 7 year old loved the backyard. Two minute drive to grocery store and bakery. We would definitely stay here again.

Would Stay Again 100%

This place was absolutely wonderful and so perfect for families!! Location: Fantastic! There's a grocery store within a 10 min walk, Charlottetown is a 15 min drive away and a bunch of other little shops (including delcious coffee!) within a 10 min drive. Host: Suzie is lovely and quick to respond to any messages! Check-in: Straight forward and flexible. House: I cannot say enough good things about this house! The third bedroom and second bathroom are downstairs and basically its own suite with a door, which is incredibly convenient if you have multiple people/families staying together. It was great having the option to hangout on a lovely deck, which overlooks the back yard. The yard itself, while not enclosed, was safe and fun for kids and adults to hangout in and there's a great set up to hang out around a bonfire. Check-out/ House rules: All straight forward and completely reasonable. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Spacious, comfortable and convenient to Charlottetown

We enjoyed our stay at Suzie’s place while visiting family in Charlottetown. The 3 bedrooms worked great for our family of 4 with young adult children. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our breakfast each morning. Only a 15 min drive to Charlottetown so a very convenient location.
