Executive One-Bedroom Upper Unit

Welcome to our duplex, upper-unit one-bedroom home located in the heart of Tecumseh. We are centrally located; walking distance to Tecumseh Arena, St. Anne's Church and the shops and restaurants on Lesperance and Tecumseh Road and also a quick drive to Lake St. Clair, WFCU Centre, Walkerville/Windsor or anywhere else you need to go.

The space
Our unit features an open concept living area with comfortable seating and big-screen TV. The updated kitchen features a central island with seating for two and lots of prep space.

The spacious bedroom is located off the living room and features plenty of natural light.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire upper unit of the home.

Please be aware, there are several stairs leading to the main entrance. Please be careful when ascending and descending.

Other things to note
While your unit is private with a private entrance and only accessible by you during your stay, the bottom half of the house is also occupied so please be courteous when in the common areas of the property (outside) and mindful regarding noise.

We ask that you NOT park in the driveway to allow unrestricted use as well as access in and out of the garage for the long term tenant living

Very clean, modern place. Quiet Safe neighborhood. Street parking was not a problem you can see your car at all times. The stairs are a little steep, take them slowly and you'll be fine. I would stay again.

First time with VRBO

Communications with the host was excellent. Answer questions and inquiries quickly and with all information we needed. The unit itself is well stocked with all necessary items to make our stay enjoyable. The AC (2 window units) were noisy at night. But the ceiling fans helped with air circulation. The bed in the main bedroom was a little low for us to get up and down but was okay. Did not try the sofa bed. Overall, using VRBO and booking this unit was a good experience. Will keep this unit in mind for future bookings. Thanks Tim

Very, easy nice in and out check in and out process,… very nice people downstairs, parking on the street was not ideal, and the stairs are steep, but it is a great spot for a quick stop over !!!

I grew up in St. Clair Beach, Ontario but have since lived in several places across Canada and travelled to many more. I always enjoy staying in the unique homes available on VRBO and getting to experience them has become one of my favourite parts of any trip.

As a host, I have enjoyed being able to create those same experiences for our guests.

I grew up about 10 minutes away from the home we now own and host so I have a special bond with the neighbourhood and know it can be one of the nicest places to stay and play.
