This farmhouse features a kitchen, an antique clawfoot tub, a wood-burning stove that creates a warm atmosphere on cold nights, and access to a shared fire pit immersed in nature. Enjoy this small ranch setting with cows and a pet goat, venture to Fredericksburg 15 minutes away, or go wine tasting just a half-mile away!

Amazing

We loved everything about our stay! We couldn’t have been happier. We loved,loved,loved our stay so quite so cute and my favorite part of all of it no tv. It really made us actually talk to each other! Would so recommend this cabin to everyone!

Nice getaway

Nice place to getaway. Very clean and cozy. Nice decor and comfortable bed. Would stay again if in the area. Would suggest a curtain on the door window for privacy and outside lights for night (very dark if you need to walk to your car and don’t have a flashlight).

Excellent place to Veg

We enjoyed our stay. Just a few suggestions: More light for reading in living room. Safety rail to get in and out of clawfoot tub. Otherwise, we kept cool and enjoyed ceiling fans and cooking facility.

Kerrville get away

Very nice property. The fenced yard was great except for our small dogs, who can find a hole anywhere. Quiet and relaxing. The bed slept good and nice beauty rest pillows.

Pet friendly

The stay was nice. We were lucky to be there 2 days by ourselves. The yard is fenced in and was great to let the dogs off leash. The burs were bad and we were constantly picking them off the dogs, but that is normal un Texas.

Cozy and quaint

My husband and I wanted to get away for a few days not too far from home. This cabin was perfect! Kerrville and Fredericksburg has several things to offer but we still found time to kick back and relax at the cabin. The kitchen is stocked with dishes. Check-in/check-out was easy. The firepit was a nice touch. The location was convenient to all of the places we visited. Would definitely stay here again.

Quite little get away.

If you don't mind a little extra drive to and from Fredericksburg and looking for I Quiet space outside of town this is your spot. This cabin was a perfect match to the photo. Lots of room for two people both share a share or have alittle of their own. Front porch sitting or grab some wood and start a fire in the social area and meet other guest while enjoy that extra wine you pick up earlier in the day.

Perfect for our needs

The "Farmhouse" was perfect for our needs. We wanted to get away and just "chill." And, we were able to do that. The cabin was big enough, and no TV which is always a deterrent. The grounds were so nice and fenced in so that our 2 dogs could run about without running away or chasing cows. The fire pit was perfect for my husband who loves to build a fire and sit around it in the evenings. All in all, I would recommend this for anyone who just wants to get away for sanity reasons.

Amazing couple of days in the hill country

Everything was just as described. We had the best time enjoying the property by ourselves for the 2 days we were there. Spent most of the evening sitting by the awesome fire pit. If you want to disconnect this is the place to stay! We will be back ❤️

Getaway

We appreciated the fenced yard since we had our two dogs with us. Other guests stayed at other cabins on the property and were understanding about our dogs and they even joined us at the fire pit! Of note, the driveway to the cabins is very bumpy and rocky, we were happy we were driving our truck.

Adorable

My husband and I rented the cabin to visit family in Kerrville and enjoy some nature. The cabin was perfect and we were able to relax and decompress. We will return. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Super cute decorations.

Love the cabin!

This is my 5th time to the property but first time staying in this particular cabin. Kitchen has everything you need to cook with. The bedroom has a large comfortable bed and lovely sitting area as well. Also liked the living room area with couch and oversized chair. The grill that has been added is a great addition. A full length mirror would be a nice however. Very peaceful and relaxing. I look forward to my next stay! Lori

Weekend getaway

Excellent location. Minor issues with spiders and spiderwebs. The bedroom door does not close which is not a major issue except that there isn’t any privacy covering the front door. Easy fixes to an otherwise excellent property.

Bad parking lot. Bad sidewalks. Dirty cabin

The parking lot required a four wheel drive truck The sidewalk was a trip hazard and a law suit waiting to happen The cabin needed dusting, sweeping, and pest control. Saw was left from they built the cabin The coffee maker did not work because of the hard water that was provided Shower is just weird and worthless Broken chais on the front porch No TV Great location, clean linens, spacious AC works, lots of dishes etc

Four Days in the Hill Country

The Farmhouse was as advertised, very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. It was perfect for the wife and me with our two small dogs and had all the amenities that we needed. We never returned early enough to have a fire in the pit but it looked very inviting and there was plenty of wood there.
