We had such an incredible experience from booking the property, to the fresh baked cookies upon arrival, to walking out the door as we were leaving. The owners were easy to deal with and responded quickly to any questions. The property itself, was a beautiful, well kept, peaceful gem within walking distance of the ocean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in an incredible area of the Island.

Clean and Relaxing

This was a wonderful place to stay. It had everything we needed and was incredibly clean. The location was close enough to anything we needed and several prime tourist destinations, but far enough away that it was silent at night. We loved watching the bunnies in the morning and the bats at dusk. The nearby beach was a delight. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking.

Newly retired, we are excited to share our carriage home and have endeavoured to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. As we live next door, on the other end of our 1.6 acre ocean front property, we will be available if needed, in person, or by phone, but will also fully respect your privacy.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Kingscote, the original founder of this area, apparently chose this particular property to settle on. Situated between old-growth trees, and the ocean, it provides a beautiful, serene setting to unwind. There are no street lights so it is a great place to star gaze on clear nights. It is also home to a variety of birds and other wildlife, and we regularly hear the call of the resident barred owl in the quiet of the evening.
