We’re excited to host you. To ensure a pleasant stay, please follow these house rules:

1. No Shoes: Remove your shoes at the entrance. Bring indoor slippers if needed.
2. No Smoking ($500 Penalty): Smoking of any kind is prohibited indoors.
3. No Parties or Events ($500 Penalty): Hosting parties or events is not allowed.
4. Maximum Occupancy (2 Guests, $500 Penalty): Only booked guests may stay. Notify the host about visitors.
5. Quiet Hours (11PM–8 AM, $500 Penalty): Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
6. No Pets ($500 Penalty): Pets are not allowed.
7. Check-In/Check-Out:
• Check-In: 4:00 PM | Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Late check-out without approval: $100/hour.
8. Damages: Guests are responsible for repair/replacement costs.
9. Extra Cleaning ($250/hour): Excessive cleaning may incur charges.
10. Waste Disposal: Use the organics and recycling bins under the sink.
11. Parking: One car allowed in the driveway. Contact the host for additional vehicles.
12. No unauthorized guests or visitors. Only guest added to the booking are allowed on the property.
13. Guests may access the hot tub between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM only

Lovely, fresh apartment - very clean. Spacious, with enough room to spread out and settle in. Great communication from the host and messages to make us feel welcome. Plenty of places to eat nearby as well as groceries. Would certainly go back again - this is our second stay!

Perfect Short Stay Unit

Almost like a boutique hotel. Almost.

Host must have a degree in Hospitality or in Business. The place is so well organized and operated, even down to the little booklet to explain the features of the rental and what to do in the neighborhood. Room is very clean, has everything you need if you feel like cooking a simple meal, and the host is very responsive to IMs if you have questions. The best short term rental I have ever been to. Five stars across the board!

Great place to stay. Super clean. Host is very responsive. I was very impressed with how the host is running this one unit like a little hotel. Even a booklet to make the guests feel right at home. Very well done! Full 5-star rating from us!

Clean and easy to access

The place was very clean! had everything you need, the host was always available. I couldn’t work the table top stove so just used microwave. Having the toaster oven was a plus. Hot tub was nice to have, my son enjoyed that the most. There is a grocery store right around the corner and a couple restaurants and everything is close by. Two negatives would be if you’re a light sleeper not for you, as you are in a basement of a home. And the other would be the plumbing issues and not being able to flush toilet paper down the toilet. We made it work though. Other than that no complaints, very modern and was happy with our stay. Christina and Gio

Our hosts are extremely caring. Their new build basement suite is bright and cheery with new technology throughout. Comfortable, inviting, and clean we will return when in Oshawa Ontario. Thank-you for such a experience.

Nice place to stay

Brand new and tidy basement house, very quiet neighborhood with convenient transportation.It should be newly renovated, so some of the smell has not dissipated yet. The overall physical examination was pretty good, and the host thoughtfully prepared a variety of drinks and snacks.
