Property was as advertised. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Had difficulty with TV and google box, regardless of instructions, but we were in town for beach and outdoor activities anyways.

Had a wonderful stay . The place was so comfortable for the four of us. It was outfitted so well. Couldn’t think of one thing that was left out. Beds were very nice and comfy. The place was spacious with a really nice deck. Perfect location for us.The hosts were great. Communication so good. Very nice people. Thankyou much !!!

Amazing place, very clean and well kept. Only thing I would have to say is parking for trailers is tight but defenetly enough space for a sled trailer. Thanks and will book again.

Stay for Hockey camp in Salmon Arm

This property had everything we needed! It was close enough to Salmon Arm so we could commute easily. The hosts were very accommodating with check out for us which was very appreciated!

Nice property. Has lots of amenities in bathroom and board games. Kitchen had more than enough. Bedrooms were good.Downside which is surprising no other review mentioned it, the trains at night were aweful. Multiple whistles for each train and multiple trains each night. Extremely loud. Not the owners fault but we could not sleep. We were exhausted after one night and especially after three nights. The wifi and TVsituation was subpar as the local network is poor.

Location is top notch

We enjoyed our stay immensely at eagles roost. Clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. It was quiet and the beds were very comfy. The deck is so nice to enjoy a morning coffee on. In fact, I sat out there listening to the nearby outdoor church choir this morning. You can’t beat the location- smack dab in the middle of all anyone would need. The Beach is a short 5 min walk as is Main Street. (Closer if you use the gate) There were so many added bonuses that made our stay even better: shopping bags, beach towels, ice packs, blow dryer…. Cleaning up after oursekves was a breeze because everything we would need was available. If there must be a pitfall, I would say that accessing the TV was a bit tricky for me, but my son easily figured it out. As well, there are quite a few stairs to climb. I found that out when I was lugging my 600$ of Costco groceries plus my suitcases up to the condo. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great experience.

My husband and I live in Sicamous... we came, we vacationed, we moved here! We love the community nestled in the mountains and right on the Shuswap Lake, beauty out the back door! You'll be close to so many great places; multiple golf courses, many amazing walking, hiking, snow shoe or cross country sking trails for all levels, kayak / paddle board / swim / boat or jet ski (local rentals available for almost everything), go-carts, spray park, outdoor bb courts and so much more. We have brochures in the suite for you to learn more about the local attractions.

The Eagle River Roost is literally a stone throw away from the grocery store, a liquor store & a local pub & restaurant. It's a couple minutes walk to the beach, spray park & boat launch, as well as many other fun shops and restaurants.
