New listing!! Our coastal home at Hervey Bay.
Ocean Twelve No 2 is fully renovated and with new furniture with appliances. Central location of Hervey Bay, 4 minutes from beach and shops. Ceiling Fan and Air-Condition for most space. Great Kitchen and BBQ with plenty of indoor and outdoor space.

You will be centrally located in Hervey Bay and 4 minutes away from The Esplanade and beaches to dips your toes in the ocean. Shops and cafe are also closeby within that 4 minutes drive.

LIVING:
- Spacious open plan living – relax in leather couch / day bed and outdoor space. enjoy with 50 inch smart TV and Netflix is included
- Air conditioning in the main living area
- New kitchen with all modern fixtures & fittings with induction cooking. microwave oven/ oven and dishwasher together with large fridge
- Kitchen taps is fitted with Water filtering system
- Coffee machine & selection of tea and coffee
- Dedicated work zone with full size and height adjustable desk with table lamp and office Chair and 24 inch screen where you can work comfortably with WiFi available.
MORE LIVING AND RELAXATION
Outdoor living at Back patio area to entertain and relax in comfy day bed and outdoor dining area with Webber BBQ. Enjoy mini bush walk with stoned pathway in the backyard

SNOOZE
Comfortable new Beds, all fitted with whisper quiet ceiling fans, sun blocked blinds and white sheer curtains
- One bedroom consists of 1 Queen bed (ceiling fan and shared Large AirCond from dining room)

- Option for second bedroom (1) another Queen bed or (2) Two Single King beds. Both of these have ceiling fan and it's own AirCond and wardrobe space

You will be provided with pure 100% Cotton bedding sheets / pillow cases and white waffle towels

All bed and mattress are newly purchased. Fitted with high quality linens, all pillow and mattress have protective washable cover. Hygiene and cleanliness is of paramount importance to us to provide to our guests

OTHER AMENITY
-Main bathroom with separate shower and bath. Separate toilet
Shampoo and Body Wash is provided
-Laundry with front load washing machine (per-loaded detergent)
-Surface spray with refreshing essential oil scents

Christina’s beautiful, pet friendly house felt like a home away from home. It was spacious and spotlessly clean; with the best of kitchen and laundry appliances and quality towels and bed linen. In a quiet area, the house is only minutes from beaches and cafes. The large back yard is fully enclosed and the front porch can also be closed off using a small gate, keeping our dog happy and safe. I highly recommend staying here. Christina is a very friendly, helpful host who answers messages promptly. We had a lovely time.

Beautifull Pialba

What a beautifull place to stay, house was clean, had everything needed for our stay and beautifull big back yard. Christina was a lovely host checking in on us to make sure everything was going well. Great location, close to the shops, a nice bakery and not too far to the beach either.

Home away from home

We had a terrific family stay. Everything was provided, modern, marked and extremely clean and well presented. Christina is a fantastic host who communicated throughout. Our young family enjoyed all the extra touches, toys and games. We enjoyed a relaxed outdoor area and yard. Close to shops, ammenities and the beach. We would stay again.

Home away from Home

Highly recommend staying here! Close to shops and the main esplanade. Christina is a lovely and thoughtful host. The house was immediately welcoming and comfortable. It has everything you could need with a lot of thought put in to make it feel like home. Beds were comfortable with high quality linens. I especially loved the back yard, with the comfortable day bed. The BBQ and entertaining space was lovely and we enjoyed a lovely outdoor dinner in the evening. We had a wonderful stay. Fabulous

Our first impression was "wow" and "welcome". Christina has put a lot of thought into making her guests feel welcomed and confortable. Our son thought the tv in his room was great, every teenagers dream. Our daughter loved the coffee machine. The dog was well secured in the backyard. Great appliances and linen. We would stay here again.

Great dog friendly home

My family including our fur baby recently stayed at this delightful home in Hervey Bay. The home is well positioned back from the road in a quiet street. The home is well appointed, it was very clean and very well organised! The kids very much enjoyed the children’s room, they were excited upon arrival to find the lovely soft toys and books available for them to enjoy! The main bedroom was lovely, although we did use the back room as a dressing room so we could unpack our clothes properly as we stayed a week. The kitchen is the most well equipped and we found it very easy to navigate unlike some other rental properties we have stayed in. The laundry is a good size, we made full use of this due to a football camp our children participated in, my only suggestion here would be to include a drying machine as we had a few days of rain which made it a little difficult (there is however a portable clothes dryer which we put under a fan to help dry things). The yard was perfect for the children and our dog. Very secure and a good size! Also very private which we liked. We enjoyed a couple of dinners out on the patio. The local area is lovely, we took our bikes and explored the rail trail cycling over 50km on one day. We also cycled down to the pier and enjoyed watching the sunset as a family which was spectacular. Hervey Bay isn’t far from Maryborough so we visited this historic town and very much enjoyed exploring, we came back wanting to watch Mary Poppins! A lovely stay thank you!
