This property was very well equipped with everything we needed. Everything was in excellent working order. The outdoor pool/recreation area was very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

I reserved this place for my out-of-state parents, who are in their mid-70s. They were thrilled with the property, very much enjoyed the pool and putting green, and stayed up way past their bedtime playing the arcade games. Host was an excellent communicator and we were even able to check in early (which was very much appreciated). Prime location, easy to find, and all around great experience. Thank you so much!

Exactly what I needed to enjoy time with family who live in the area. The open living/dining/kitchen area allowed us to prepare meals, easily move in and out to games and pool area and enjoy our time together. We had so much fun with the outdoor games and pool. Communication with Tom was seamless, communication with Evolve, the property management company was not, but Tom took care of that.

Very clean, well kept property. Host was always accessible and very helpful. Location is prime - 20ish mins from everything. Pool was fantastic, toys in the shed, yard games, and golf were a great way to spend the afternoons after morning outings. We requested for the pool to be heated and it was absolutely the perfect temp. Really enjoyable, stress-free way to do a vacation.

We loved everything about the house! The pool was great, the kids enjoyed the pool table, my husband had fun practicing his putting on the mini golf course. The kitchen had all the appliances you would need, and it was nice to have laundry facilities right there. The location was good for traveling around the Phoenix area as it was close to the major roadways but it was not noisy.

Perfect Weekend Stay

Great location, easy access to airport. 25 min drive to Scottsdale, hiking close by. Pool was amazing- house was stocked w essentials and the grocery/walmart is less than 5 min away. Host was quick to respond, check in was seamless. Would def stay here again!

House had everything to keep everyone entertained, pool, pool table, outdoor games, putting green. Host was great, great communication from before arrival until departure. Will definitely recommend to family and friends along with stay here again.

Excellent stay, second time here

Just a great place to stay and great management. Super quick replies. Beautiful and perfect for.large families with four bedrooms. Pool was at 86 degrees, which was wonderful given that the weather was in the 60s.

Better than Pictured

Great graduation family getaway

The property was perfect for our group with so much to do at the house between games inside and out, we never got bored. It had a great layout with room and space for everyone. We could tell there was a lot of thought put into what guests might need during a stay, as we had anything and everything we needed.

Enjoyed our Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.The house is great - has a great yard/pool. There is a covered patio so you can bounce between the shade and the sun while enjoying outside. We have young kids so it was really nice that you can easily see the backyard from the kitchen/living room as well as the patio.Would stay here again.

Awesome host and home! Perfect!

We spent five days, here, with our two kids, ages 16 and 20. We loved the swimming pool, pool table, arcade and putting green. Tom and his son were super helpful with the few questions we had. We will definitely consider staying here, again, next year.

Baseball stay

Our family stayed here for a baseball tournament. The kids had tons to do at the house during the day from pool to Pac-Man to putting to swimming and more. Host was very accommodating with us using the lawn chairs and quick response time for our questions!

We had an amazing stay. Host was very communicative and accommodating. The vrbo was exactly as pictured, very clean and full of amenities. This place is centrally located and basically 15-20 minute ride anywhere, such as airport or downtown Scottsdale. The 2 kings is a rare find and great for adults. We took advantage of the fun amenities such as pool, arcade games and pool table. One of our favorite things was the keurig/water machine. Nice little touches like extra soft blankets, lawn chairs, plenty of towels, new appliances and plenty kitchen supplies. I cannot think of anything that was missed to make our stay comfortable. Well maybe a feather pillow, but I’m a pillow snob and rarely love them while traveling so that might be extra picky.

Nice home

Lots of space and lovely back yard. It is at the entrance of the neighborhood so a bit noisy in the front bedroom at night. (We live where farm from roads so notice this more than others)Has everything you can imagine in the kitchen and lots of space to relax both inside and outside. Very good about responding to questions or things that come up during the stay. Great place and hosts.
