This recently renovated cottage is situated in a quiet street and located 700 mt from Sawtell main beach.
Stroll to this well known & stunning beach, enjoy the extensive array of restaurants/coffee shops, movie theatre & unique clothing stores.
Come home & relax by heated plunge pool.
Dine and BBQ on the garden deck or enjoy outside fire pit.
Cook a meal on induction cook top or in multifunction oven in a well equipped kitchen with air fryer/slow cooker and microwave.
Have a morning coffee from the barista coffee machine.
Beautifully polished boards throughout.
Bathroom with bath, separate shower and bidet.
Washing Machine and Dryer provided.
Extra toilet
Cottage suits 2 couples as there are 1 king & 1 queen sized bed.
This is our residential home so we have allocated generous spaces for your holiday items.

Pool and bath towels supplied

Smart TV with Netflix, Brit Box, streaming services.

Enjoy a morning coffee from your barista coffee machine.
No pets please as this is a very recent renovation.

Everything we needed..

Ann was great with communication throughout our booking and stay and included little touches that made all of us (our kids - 9 and 12 - included) feel welcome. The property was clean and tidy, and exactly what we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Christmas in Sawtell

Lovely renovated cottage easy walking distance to Sawtell main street and beach. Great beds. Nice yard and pool. Excellent kitchen and bathroom. Would definitely stay again if I am visiting Sawtell

Excellent

A great renovated house in a great location and within walking distance to the beach and the shops. The house had everything we needed and the pool was an added bonus. Ann was a great host and excellent communicator. We had a great time and will definitely stay again in the future.

Very relaxing and comfortable stay with lots of special touches.

The property was very clean, very comfortable and contained everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom and kitchen has been renovated and are amazing. The pool was an extra bonus, a lovely backyard and lots of special touches like wine on arrival, Netflix, chocolates and access to fridge items. Our boys had a wonderful time and all in close proximity to the Main Street with fantastic cafes and restaurants. We would love to stay again!
