Incredibly comfy sofas to stretch out on to enjoy the amazing unrestricted view. Bundeena is still a sleepy gem so close to Sydney.

Thank you so much for the lovely review, Sallyanne! I’m thrilled to hear you enjoyed stretching out on the sofas—they were definitely chosen with that view in mind. It’s one of my favorite ways to spend an afternoon, and I’m glad you were able to truly relax and soak it all in. You hit the nail on the head regarding Bundeena; it really is a special, sleepy gem that feels worlds away despite being so close to the city. We would love to have you back for another peaceful getaway whenever you need a break from the hustle and bustle!

This is a beautiful property. The setting is absolute waterfront and the floor to ceiling windows maximise the view. The House is well appointed and great for a large family who can spread out in different areas. It is about 200 m to the beach. You don’t need to get in the car for days. I would definitely recommend this property.Sanjay was attentive but not intrusive. The cricket tragic in the family loved the room names

It was a complete pleasure hosting Janice and her family of eight at our Bundeena Waterfront Pavilion. From the moment they arrived, communication was easy, friendly, and clear. I was particularly impressed with how well they looked after the home; managing waste for a group of that size can be a challenge, but Janice handled it perfectly. The house was left in fantastic condition. I’m so glad the "cricket tragic" in the family enjoyed the room names and that everyone was able to relax and take in those waterfront views. I cannot recommend Janice highly enough to any future hosts—she and her family are welcome back anytime!

5 star view in a great location

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at the Pavillion. The spectacular view is clearly the draw card but the house is well appointed and comfortable. There is plenty of room for dining and relaxing in the living area. It’s great having the bedrooms separated and upstairs. The sunset from the seating area just above the rocks can’t be beaten. We would happily return to the Pavillion.

This was an absolute stunner of a property. Beautiful location and easy access to the shops, wharf, beaches! We had the best time here. The hosts were more than accommodating- they responded quickly and politely and ensured the lead up to check in was a breeze! We saw dolphins everyday in the ocean - was absolutely the best stay us group of girls have ever had! 100% recommend this stay! Jemma & her team were fantastic guests at the pavilion. Jemma is an excellent communicator, sensible, independent, neat in checking out and stuck to the house rules. She has been upfront and honest to seek prior approval about the event, Bridal shower for ten. Spotting pods of dolphins at the Bundeena Waterfront Pavilion is truly a hidden treasure and is quite a frequent recurrence during the calm waters. I am glad that Jemma team enjoyed their big bonus of the stay. We hope to welcome back Jemma team at the Pavilion again, anytime.

Brilliant house in a great location

Beautiful property to share with friends. Great spaces for gatherings, both inside and out. Easy access to a choice of beaches and walkable distance to the ferry and the local shops. The complete glass frontage was stunning. Breathtaking view and glorious sunrise. It did make it difficult to keep cool - however, we were there on the hottest day/night in Sydney for over 100 years. Upstairs air conditioning is great. Kitchen has a wonderful layout, but some additional pots/pans, knives, chopping boards would be helpful to complete the full kitchen. Body wash was missing from the showers too. Small things, really. The house and location made for a wonderful weekend. Thank you.

Dear Judith, Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our property and found it to be a great place to share with friends. It's fantastic to know that you appreciated the spacious areas for gatherings, both inside and out, as well as the easy access to the beaches, ferry, and local shops. We're glad you loved the complete glass frontage and the breathtaking views, especially the glorious sunrise. We understand that keeping cool was a bit challenging during your stay, given it was the hottest day/night in Sydney for over 100 years. We're pleased to hear that the upstairs air conditioning provided some relief. Thank you for your suggestions regarding the kitchen equipment and the body wash in the showers. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly look into adding more pots, pans, knives, and chopping boards to ensure a fully equipped kitchen for our future guests. We'll also make sure that body wash is available in the showers. We're delighted that the house and location made for a wonderful weekend for you and your friends. Thank you once again for your kind words and for choosing to stay with us. We hope to welcome you back in the future! Best regards, Sanjay

First time in Australia; family (7) vacation. This property is beautifully secluded and quiet. A welcome retreat after a day of sightseeing. Was not disappointed; pictures did not do it justice. We live in the desert so being right on the ocean was an added treat. The outside seating and the balcony were enjoyed. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because there were stains on the sofas. Host told us ahead of time about the problem with the carpet in one of the bedrooms (I appreciated his telling us). However, these things did in no way cause us to have any negative feelings about this property or our host. I messaged him about trouble getting access to the WIFI and he responded promptly with the solution. While some in our family did not like the long distance to the property, others found it to be a beautiful drive (about 1 hour to Sydney). The town of Bundeena is small and quaint and has everything we needed for our stay. We loved the little coffee shop we visited each morning and the beach that is 1 block away. We even took the ferry across the bay to Cronulla for a little shopping. If you enjoy the big city but need a quiet place to relax and recharge at the end of the day (and if you don't mind the long drive) I recommend this waterfront paradise. No complaints. Very pleased with our stay. I really felt that I could have stayed 2 more weeks.
