Sylvania Waters is famous for the TV Series. It is a holiday resort style. This contemporary and quiet house has 4 large bedrooms. Three on the ground floor with a master ensuite. Another one is on level 2 with ensuite. It's modern kitchen joined to a dining accessible to the patio and pool. There is an ample lounge with TV and netflix is included. There is central ducted air conditioning. The gas fireplace gives you a cozy feeling. Free off street parking is available. Walking to coffee shops and restaurants. Miranda Westifield 10 min drive. Cronulla beach or royal national park 20 mins. Airport is 30 mins drive.

Great location and spacious house

A great spacious house close to Cronulla and surrounding areas. Nice neighbourhood and pool to relax in.

Beautiful, spacious house. Iris was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with. The area is beautiful but just a bit far from the nearest train station. But our family still had an enjoyable time at Iris's house.

Beautiful, clean and well-kept home, responsive and accommodating host

Stayed here over the long weekend and have no complaints whatsoever, only positives. The checkin process was smooth and easy with the host being super responsive and accomodating throughout the entire stay. The place was clean, tidy and well kept, with clear and easy to understand house instructions. The amenities listed were provided and worked. Would definitely stay here again and recommend others to as well!
