This was an excellent location for us. Right next to the beach and within walking distance to quite a few restaurants. Very nice place, would definitely consider staying again if I was in the area!

We are already dreaming of our next stay in this wonderful little cottage next to the beach!

We spent a week here with our three children and I cannot begin to tell you how much we loved this cottage and Indian Rocks Beach in general! The beach was just a quick stroll down a side street and was never TOO busy. The cottage never felt too small for all 5 of us. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. We can’t wait to come back!

Indian Rocks Beach stay

We spent two weeks at this rental and all we can say is it was amazing! Kelley is an incredible hostess and is very attentive with anything you may need. Everything was there for a great beachside stay. Did we mention the beach is only 54 steps away! The property is very clean and well maintained with modern appliances and comfy furniture, along with smart tvs. The property was great, but the host made it feel like home. Book it!

Simple Getaway

My family of 4 and friends stayed here for 5 nights and if was a great size cottage for us to be comfortable. Kelley made it easy for us to come in and out of the cottage and she has everything you need for an everday lifestyle on the beach. The commute to the beach is only footsteps away with no traffic. Excellent place to getaway and relax.

Perfect location

Traveling with my husband and 3 boys ages 8-15. The location was perfect shy of being on the beach itself. Walk out the door, take a right and you’re on the beach! Plenty of restaurants near by. Kelley the owner was great! Very receptive and helpful. She came by to show us where the surf boards were along with providing some great dinner ideas for the family. Home was clean and set up for all our needs. Hands down would stay again!

Perfect beach cottage steps to the sand

Our stay at this lovely cottage was awesome! Kelley was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. She even had the cleaners come back to clean up the side porch for us since they couldn't do it the day we arrived because of the storm. There's a closet full of games, toys, beach chairs, canopy tent for the beach, and more. We enjoyed a very competitive game of scrabble on one stormy night and loved having the surf boards, boogie boards, floaties and tubes to use at the beach. The beds were comfortable and it was also nice to have beach towels so we didn't have to bring them or buy them. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The sunsets are the best! We even saw an orb fly through the sky one night and just disappear - it was wild! The restaurants all around have a good food. The ice cream shops are also yummy and everything is so close! Oh and the parking space to the house is literally right in front of the door! We had an amazing vacation and loved going to Weeki Wachee to swim in the refreshing spring and saw beautiful mermaids! Thank you, Kelley, for opening your home to us!
