Comfort in Commerce City Colorado

The property was perfect and well appointed. There were TVs in every room, plenty of kitchen ware, and a community pantry. It was nice having a 2 car garage with all the snow. The community was close to the airport and 20-30 minute drive to downtown Denver, Aurora, and a little further to Boulder. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Peter was extremely good at communicating and extremely helpful in allowing us to check-in early due to snow storm. Overall it was a great experience.

Spacious and convenient

Although we had difficulty locating the property due to the odd numbering and stylised digits, (7 looks like a 1) Peter was there in a few minutes to meet us and assist. The houses all look the same except colour. The home was a good size and really convenient with 2 ensuite bathrooms. Modern and near new, the kitchen was well stocked with a community pantry. Although facing a busy highway, traffic noise was subdued. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay as it was a good base to explore the Denver area.

Man cave

Felt more like a man cave rather than a home for a family. Towels were old and hard/stained. Couch is pretty gross with stains all over it. Both mattresses were pretty old and dipped in horribly. Also the heat/ac is brutal with there only being one unit. Downstairs was always freezing while upstairs was blazing hot. Overall it didn’t kill us to stay here, but we definitely weren’t comfortable.
