Lovely condo, with lots of space, well provisioned, clean and very comfortable. Easy walking distance to the public beach and lots of storage areas for things like kayaks and bikes. If you are looking for a spot with more natural beauty however, this is not the spot. It is also located next to a bar that gets a bit noisy, but closing windows and using the AC resolves that issue. Easy booking and clear access instructions. Lots of stairs if you have access issues.

Property was clean, garage for parking truck was large, plenty of kitchen ware items for cooking. Bed’s were a bit soft for our liking and shower in Ensuite lacked water pressure out of spout. Overall, I would book this property again. Close to all amenities!

Long way up.

Overall our stay was ok. Check-in was painful. 3 different door codes and unit door would not open when we arrived. Owner had to unlock and reset remotely. There are a lot of stairs!! The unit overall was tidy but the floors on the main level were extremely dirty, It’s hard to clean a floor when the mop and bucket are filthy. Sleeping arrangements are not quite as described, the main bedroom was OK, the second bedroom had a king bed with just a mattress, no box spring that is very low and uncomfortable. There were two twin mattresses stacked on the floor and we found the linens bald up underneath them. We washed them as they did not appear to have been cleaned. The faucet in the bathroom was not securely attached to the countertop and the sink takes for ever to drain. Kitchen is adequately stocked, the only issue we found was that the fridge does not get cool enough. We had some meats spoil that we bought when we arrived, set it as low as it would go after that on the morning of day 3. Maybe time for a new fridge!Love Sicamous but unfortunately, wouldn’t rush back to this unit! Fri & Sat night the bar next door had music going until 2am. It was hard getting the kids asleep those nights. Unfortunately, more cons than pros.

Failure

We couldn’t open the door with the code instructions. The owner had to remotely open it. The place was disgusting inside. The place is rented for the winter and had not been cleaned. There was a lot of dirty laundry the beds weren’t made. The toilet had paper in it and the fridge had food in it. The milk was dated march 28. We did not stay and got our money back.

Where to start. First off this property is in a great location. In the heart of the town area. Walking distance to resteraunts, groceries ect. Properly is breathtaking! Immaculate and absolutely beautifully furnished inside! Kitchen and laundry closet was well appointed with everything you could need! We were a family of 5 visiting and enjoyed being able to cook meals "at home" and pack lunches for the day in the amazing kitchen. Coffee bar was fantstic and enjoyed sitting enjoying a cup on the balcony with the cozy sofa set. Everything about this home made us all smile from ear to ear. Garage is huge with a tv sofa darts which was fun! We will be back!

Sicamous with fires

Well, this was not the holiday we wished for with the forest fire smoke but our accommodation was top notch. The location was great, the place is very clean and cozy, with all the trappings of home. A few suggestions: it was fantastic to have the condiments and spices etc at our disposal but would be a good idea to go do a quick go through and look for expired items. The sheets on the master bed were a bit pilly and could probably use a refresh. Also, a sharp kitchen knife. Other than that, a wonderful stay - forest fires excluded. Thank you!
