This oceanfront property has a 1 and 2 Bedroom unit. Guests may rent either unit or for larger groups rent the Lower Deck and Upper Deck together. Contact us directly for the off-season combined rate (Oct 1 - May 30).

Located 1.5hrs from HRM, you are a short 5 minute walk to the famous Quarterdeck Bar and Grill and beautiful Summerville Beach provincial park.

Wonderful setting and view. Unit is clean and well supplied. Comfortable bed. Hike in Kejimkujik National seashore was most enjoyable.

This property has it all! Check-in was so easy and everything was there we needed. Quick walk to the Quarterdeck Grill. Hosts are amazing!

Lovely place

Summerville Center is a sleepy community, with surfers on a wonderful beach. There is even a surfing Golden Retriever! The Quarterdeck is a so-so restaurant with great views. Not much more to it than that. The "unit" is clean, newly constructed, and well decorated. Internet access is great and TV has netflix, prime and other streaming channels. The kitchen is full service and easy to cook in. The deck faces the ocean which is only 30 feet away. The cormorants were cool but the pilot whales were awesome to observe. The only issue is that you will have a neighbour. This is a two storey VRBO. There is an upper and lower unit, so if you are in the lower one you can hear people stomping about and people on the deck directly above you. That's okay if they are considerate but if they have noisy kids or listen to terrible music you are in for skedaddling out of there any chance you get. That only happened to me for one night, otherwise my fellow tenants were okay.
