Renting from a reputable company ensures that these items are properly maintained and safe for your little ones and you do not arrive at the home expecting items that cannot be used. Regarding the cleanliness of the house, we take great care in ensuring that each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before the arrival of our guests. We offered to send the cleaning company back for a re-inspection, but that offer was not accepted. We appreciate your understanding regarding the hot tub issue. The hot tub company kept it full, hot, and clean for your enjoyment while awaiting the necessary parts for repair. Thank you for choosing to stay with us.
