Welcome to Cozytown by the Lake

My tiny home is a licensed rental. The bungalow is brand new inside and out with La-Z-Boy and custom furniture. You can see the lake from the street 14 houses up to the park & ice cream. Walk/bike to the beach, ROC, forest trails and golf.

Ice fishermen, artists, couples or small families who want to explore the outdoors and Lake Simcoe will love it!

The yard has: 8 fruit trees, a native species garden, bunnies, birds & native amphibians, a 2-person hammock & sports/games for all ages.
The space
Relaxing, clean, "ploungey" and very cozy! There is a TV with Netflix. I hope you feel like you're visiting family to relax in the country by the lake. You will see toys and stuffed animals, as my son and I live here part-time.

Beds: Custom maple loft beds - 1 queen mattress (firm), 1 single mattress (firm), and one pull out couch - La-Z-Boy furniture. **Photos to be updated**

Technically, this home can sleep 5.

Outdoors: there is a picnic table, bbq and there are gardens, a 2-person hammock, toys, kid scooters and tons of sports stuff.


Kitchen note:
We have top of line kitchenwares and there is no microwave.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole house and yards. I will send you a door code the morning of your arrival.

Pillows, towels, linens, blankets of every sort are there for your use.

You can use all of the music items - amp and mic with YouTube for karaoke!! Outdoor gear and BBQ - go to town!

Coffee, Tea, Condiments and Cooking Essentials like oils and spices - complimentary.

Toiletries left out are for your use.
Other things to note
My son and I live here part-time. You will see our belongings and art work etc. Enjoy the home as you would if visiting an aunt and uncle's cottage! Snuggle the stuffed animals if you need a hug.

Our neighbours are friendly and have children, so no parties or extremely loud partying, please.
