It's a great place to stay. Small but comfortable with a beautiful view and nice quiet neighbors. A washer and dryer would make it perfect!

This is my second time at this property. It is spacious and quiet, and I will book it again, when I am back. It is convenient to Fairhope and Foley. The bed is very comfortable and sleeps very well. It is very good to come here and just relax.

Great Little Getaway

This property is off the beaten path and is a great escape from the tourist-y hustle and bustle. It is pet friendly, but keep an eye on your furry friend as sometimes the neighbors aren’t responsible for their large dogs, but otherwise this place is PERFECT!

Good place with a few quirks

Great place for me to stay while traveling in the area for work, few little things like a broken cup coffee maker and a tiny shower. Overall good, would probably stay here again.

Beautiful out of the way cabin!

My husband and I found this property perfect for our week long stay. It was very comfortable for us and our 2 dogs! It was perfect to be far enough away from the beach crowds and traffic, but close enough to everything to be convenient! Highly recommend the renter as well!

It was a very quiet with beautiful scenery definitely would visit again loved it there. I had fun and it was very homey and had everything you could need, though I absolutely hated the bath tub and the water pressure and the dog hair all over the sofa and floor in the living room everything else was absolutely gorgeous.

Peaceful and very nice

Property was very nice. Clean and very unique inside. I enjoyed my 5 nights very much. I definitely recommend this place. Not too far from gulf shores.

Quiet Getaway

This was a lovely property, overlooking a canal & just minutes from the beach & Gulf Shores excitement. Comfortable furnishings, clean & new property, nice grill & covered outdoor porch to enjoy the mornings/evenings. I'd highly recommend for an individual retreat to relax, or couple's romantic getaway.

The property was very nice and peaceful! The view was great and the inside of the property was adorable. Only thing we would suggest is if your staying for more than a couple days there isn’t a dresser so storage could be a little better. All and all we truly enjoyed the property!

Perfectly Relaxing

The Magnolia River cabin was a great stay for us and our dogs. Very relaxing and stress free. Loved having the water right outside. We kept our kayaks in the river tied up to the dock the whole stay and just jumped in and peddled away whenever we wanted. Plenty of room and very peacefully quiet. Neighbors are friendly when or if you do run into them. Will return.

Good fishing. Comfortable bed. Shower is terrible. Slippery and so small the curtains constantly touch you. The a/c or a sump pump makes loud noises off and on all night.

Magnolia Springs Cabin

The cabin was perfect. We read previous reviews and our concerns were quickly gone when we arrived we realized they had addressed the coffee pot and there is a k-cup machine now along with a Mr. Coffee pot. They also have added more towels. Our stay was perfect. We were concerned about the drive to Fairhope, but it was just a short drive. We actually went to Fairhope 3 times during our stay. The owner needs to advertise the waterfront more because we absolutely enjoyed watching the wildlife most of all the dolphins!!!

Barn on the river

Poorly furnished Shower. Had a washtub as the base, sink had smaller washtub for basin. Water had a foul oder when you turn on the faucet. Lighting was very dim from overhead fixture no lamps available. TV was set up for Texas stations not local, No mirrors available. The worst facility we have stayed in anywhere.
