We are only blocks away from large local parks, the hospital, and tons of local food options. This clean and comfortable stay is a great option to stay a couple days or weeks in "The Couve".
Off street parking available. Majority of home is on one level, but the TV Room is in the basement.

The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.

Your interaction is limited as we have contactless check in, but we utilize a cohost to make sure your questions and concerns are answered immediately! We value your privacy and this is our #1 priority.

Guest will have access to the entirety of the property during their stay. There is a room downstairs used for owner storage, that is locked.
