Gorgeous chalet in the woods

This was like finding an unexpected gold mine. This beautiful very new house is surrounded by woods and every window looks out into the beautiful forest. The kitchen is well supplied and the beds are lovely. We had everything we needed. Our walks in the neighborhood were a delight as it is a quiet pasture and Woodland area. The hosts are helpful and delightful. Dishwasher washer, and dryer, gas stove and it is situated right close to everything I need in battleground and yet feels like it is a hideaway.

Peaceful retreat

Such a peaceful, pleasant, homey get away. More space than I expected inside the carriage house and the surrounding area. Felt like we were in the middle of a forest. Braiding

Great Stay at the Guest House

We picked this location because it was a central spot close to family and friends. It was the perfect size for us and surrounded by a beautiful nature back drop. We will definitely stay here for future visits as it is a nice, quiet house with everything we need. Thank you John and Wanda!

Great Place to Stay

We were in Battleground for our youngest grandson’s high school graduation. We needed someplace near town as a base and this small house was just perfect. It is well located in a nice neighborhood. John and Wanda were great hosts to deal with. We hope to be able to stay there again. Thanks John and Wanda.

our stay was amazing!

Jphn, thank you for your assistance on the opening of the door when we first arrived. After that is was a breeze to figure it out. Everything was perfect! The only glitch was the coffee maker was clogged, so it was not making coffee on our last day. My brother and sister in law had stayed with me and both agreed it was great and the area is so beautiful and peaceful! I will make sure to stay again when I visit my family.

Super Clean & Fantastic Location for our family

This place is super clean and was in a great location for us. Very private road and the property owner was easy to reach a for simple question, and very accommodating. We would stay here again.
