The Space:
This 1-bedroom apartment is in the Arena Apartment building but managed exclusively by us, not the on-site management.
The building resort facilities features an outdoor pool, Gym + BBQ facilities.
Put your feet up in the air-conditioning with streaming Netflix on the huge 65’ Smart TV, superfast WiFi (100Mbps), setup a home office on the dining room table, or close the door for some solitude in the bedroom or balcony…
Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you’ll need to bake, fry, sauté + grill!
There’s also a full laundry with washing, machine & dryer to keep you clean
Perfect for singles, couples, small families + business travellers…but not for parties of any description.
Please note* The building has a strict no party or gatherings policy & the building is entirely no smoking. The on-site management enforce this with immediate eviction + security costs passed on (warning for those wanting to break the rules).
