Great location and cute condo. Quiet area and very walkable. Responsive host. Main issue was sofa bed was not a bed, just a sofa. Small and uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on. No blanket or pillow supplied for sofa. Host responded quickly and brought bedding. A couple of minor comments - Check out is early (10am) compared to other places we have stayed (usually at least 11am).- Just FYI, check out includes washing and putting away clean dishes and stripping beds.

Flying!

Older property but well kept. Traveled with a child, who sleeps on the fold down sofa (his 2nd time). Unit is comfortable and assume owner is a pilot or airplane lover per the decor. Nice neighborhood bar next door, as well as shopping within a couple of blocks. We will return in the futrue. M & D from SA.

Work trip for husband

When we arrived the apartment door was wide open. Air conditioning was not working properly but they fixed it even when we asked them to wait until we had checked out because it was not an issue for us. The apartment was very cute but very dark because of the decor and lighting. Overall it was nice.

The unit is well maintained, and the listing is accurate. Location for us is great (just south of SMU campus). Traveled with a 9 year old, and he was happy with the fold down sofa, and said he slept well. A big surprise was the 9 year old forgot his toothbrush, however an extra was in closed next to bathroom. Thanks for that. Snacks in living room, which we did not use, but nice knowing they were available. We will stay in this unit upon our return to Dallas. An extra blanket added in unit would be nice, but the unit was well furnished and very comfortable. Highly recommend for 2 travelers with 1 child.

Great location!

It was the perfect location for our weekend trip to Dallas. There was a local restaurant/bar next door and a Starbucks within walking distance (about 10 min away). The apartment itself is overseen by a property management company. Make sure to read their email before arriving as you have to request the keypad code to enter the apartment. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until an hour before we arrived, and I had to follow up a couple different ways before someone replied with the information. The amenities are rather basic and it was a little annoying that there wasn’t an iron/board or hair dryer as listed. Also, there wasn’t dish soap. I know that isn’t standard to a rental but it is nice to have. Overall, this apartment was convenient for a quick weekend trip and we were happy with our stay.

Clean and cozy

The unit is as it shows. I actually enjoyed the decor. Unit was clean and kinda cozy. I think the darker colors gave it that bit of cozy. Also the location is great if you enjoy a little action. There are many shops and restaurants right outside ya door therefore keeping you from just having to drive. The only cons are the outside to the unit has a sidewalk and that side walk is enough to kill a person. It just needs to be replaced. The big issue I had was no TV in the bedroom and the size of the bed. So the room isn't the largest so I guess you chose the bed based on that but I'm a fat girl and that bed was just tight for the 2 of us. A full size is just not what I expected but otherwise everything was good.
