Our place was very clean and overall wonderful! We loved the large cozy sectional sofa. Kitchen had everything we needed. One extra touch that would have been nice is if the bedrooms had mirrors. We were a group of ladies sharing 3 bathrooms which was fine but to have some extra mirrors to get ready would have been super helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

This property was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and well stocked with pans, utensils, etc. Karter was our contact and he responded quickly to my questions. We found this property to be restful and peaceful. We would definitely return to this property.

Loved the home - so clean and beautiful and the hot tub was so fun at the end of the day. It’s a townhouse but feels incredibly private - we couldn’t hear anyone else on the property. It was so close to all of the wonderful things North Conway has to offer!

My family and I had such a great time here - the space is clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our family of 4 (with beds to spare!) and was a super convenient location for all of the North Conway summer fun! We also LOVED the hot tub at the end of the day!

Great stay

We had a very nice stay here this week. Check-in and out was easy, how was clean and as expected per the listing. They had games for the kids and plenty of space. Very happy with the stay!

We stayed here for three nights with 7 adults and 1 infant.PROS:- Nice location with easy access to downtown- Clean - Plenty of cookware in the kitchen- Hot Tub was nice- Enough beds/bedrooms for 8 peopleCONS:- Misleading advertising (no central air)- Air Conditioning was broken on the main floor and basement. The basement is a large bedroom so this made sleeping uncomfortable. The main floor has the kitchen, dining area, and general living area and the lack of A/C in July is unacceptable.- No blinds, curtains, or screens on the basement windows- The two burners on the left side of the stove did not workOverall I would say this property had real potential but the lack of A/C was a constant issue, especially considering the listing states they have “central air” but most rooms had broken A/C’s installed. When we reached out to the property manager about this issue, we were told that they were aware it was broken and that we could just use fans instead. They made no effort to fix the situation beyond that. I have included this text exchange below.

Great spot and house for a family. Quiet and near North Conway and Cranmore. Easy check-in, plenty of room. We asked before visit if BBQ and they stated there wasn’t, but the bought one for us! Would rent again - thanks for a fun get away.

Great little townhome near downtown North Conway makes it easy to get to attractions. Comfy space for hanging out or sitting in the hot tub on the deck.

Odd layout, a few issues on arrival but quickly resolved

The property was very nice and clean. The main floor was especially nice and updated. I couldn't tell when I booked it, but it turned out that there was just one full bath on the same level with the two queen bedrooms, and then the other full bath was in the basement next to a room with several twin beds. Our group consisted of two couples, so it wasn't exactly ideal, and one couple had to use the basement bathroom, but we made it work. On arrival, the water wasn't turned on, the hot water was off, and the WiFi wasn't working, but the property manager was very kind and responsive even late at night and was able to tell me how to turn everything on. Overall, it was a good place to stay. The hot tub was a great amenity, as several in our group were there to run a marathon. The property was in a wooded area and quiet, less than 10 minute drive to town. It was a beautiful area.

Perfect girls weekend

We absolutely loved the house. It was the perfect size for our group of five. Close to shopping, hiking, and loved relaxing in the hot tub. We will definitely return!

Great home! Great Location!

The house was perfect. Very clean, well maintained! My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. It served as a great launching point for a weekend of hiking and mt biking. Would definitely recommend staying here to anybody come up for a long weekend or longer!
