This 1 Bed 1 Bath apartment is conveniently located in Gungahlin, only a short walk to the light rail that takes you directly into Canberra’s CBD. This light filled apartment is North facing with view over Yarabi Pond.

With everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen (including Nespresso coffee machine), laundry and a private balcony to enjoy a quiet cuppa or glass of wine. unlimited wifi internet is also available.

A short walk to Gungahlin’s shopping district you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to dining options. With modern furnishings and crisp linens, you will find everything you need at your fingertips.

Accommodation consists of 1 Queen bed (Cot and/or Queen size airbed available upon request). The double lounge is a recliner, offering entertaining comfort and with r/c a/c you’ll never be too hot or too cold, no matter what weather Canberra throws at you.

The complex has an outdoor pool and spa, plus a small gymnasium for those who wish to keep up a routine whilst travelling. The sky park also offers communal BBQ areas should you wish to make the most of a sunny day. If you are driving, a single secure car space on the same level as the apartment is included in your stay.

Discounts apply for stays longer than 2 weeks. For long term stays the apartment is serviced on a weekly basis.

They thought we were coming the following day. When we showed up, they tried to send us elsewhere. Only when requesting a refund for the first night, or saying they would have to pay for another place did they let us stay. We had to wait a couple of hours for it to be cleaned. Was not that clean and filled with their stuff. Initially we couldn't reach anybody. The check in information says to contact Lisa when we get there. Lisa does not own it anymore. It worked out in the end, but was mega stressful for our Christmas plans.

Had a bad experience first waiting 30 minutes to get the key, wasn’t not informed that spa is under maintenance. Booked for 4 people no proper arrangement for 2 bed, air from the air mattress was leaking after every hour and when I contact the owner about the air mattress he said can’t do anything, sleep on a recliner sofa and recliner sofa was in filthy condition. Must think twice before you book

We booked this property for our anniversary (to visit Questacon) and were disappointed. We booked it specifically because it had a hot tub and wifi. I spoke to the owner who didn’t mention anything about these. When we arrived, the wifi had been turned off and the hot tub was out of order. Although the owner was not responsible for the hot tub, it had obviously been closed for a while and we weren’t told and given the chance to cancel. It was just an apartment. Very disappointing and we felt scammed.

Great location

Perfect stay with an unfortunate beginning as we felt abandoned when Amir left us in the car park of the rabbit-warren to find our room!

The lack of WiFi was not resolved during a 9 day stay and no compensation offered. The apartment was cluttered and only hanging space available as owner's property in bedside table and cupboard.Good location as handy to Gungahlin

The property was filthy. Extremely dusty, crumbs on chairs, microwave very dirty. Fridge dirty inside and out and all mirrors had fingerprints and smudges. Balcony very dirty and not inviting. Worst was the smell of stale curry’s. Nothing I can say to recommend this property. Response from owner was “thanks for letting me know”!

Comfortable stay

Host was friendly and met us directly at the apartment for check-in. The apartment itself is a good size for a one bedroom and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and Netflix. We would definitely recommend!

Warm and sunny in Canberra's winter

We had a comfortable week's visit to Canberra in Lisa's Gungahlin apartment. It was warm and sunny with a sheltered balcony overlooking Yerrabi Pond, a lovely place to walk and exercise the dog. Everything you'd need was provided with thoughtful decorative touches, comfortable furniture and bed and all appliances, fridge oven and washing machine working perfectly. Parking on the same level, easy to walk to the major shopping centre for dining options and for the light rail. A great place to stay. Thanks Lisa for making us so welcome. Anne
