SBLL 06 is a gorgeous, custom-built vacation home perched above the serene waters of Saddleback Lake in Rangeley, Maine. Designed with comfort and style in mind, this retreat features an open-concept living area that seamlessly blends relaxation and natural beauty. The spacious living room, anchored by a stunning stone fireplace, provides the perfect gathering space for cozy evenings with family or friends.

A standout feature of this home is its sunroom, offering panoramic views of Saddleback Lake. Bright and inviting, this space allows guests to soak in the lake's tranquil beauty in every season — whether enjoying morning coffee or unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures. The home's thoughtful design ensures that the breathtaking scenery remains a focal point throughout your stay.

In addition, the home offers two separate upstairs areas on either side of the house, providing extra privacy and space for families or groups traveling together.

Ideal for both relaxation and exploration, SBLL 06 serves as a luxurious base for enjoying the Rangeley region. This home is perfect for anyone looking to escape into the heart of Maine's pristine wilderness.

Sleeping Arrangements: First Queen Bedroom (attached ¾ bath), Second Queen Bedroom (attached full bath), Third Queen Bedroom (attached ¾ bath). Sleeps up to 8 guests.

Additional Sleeping Arrangements: Two Twins in lower level living area.

Location: Nearby the north shore of Saddleback Lake. 5.5 miles to downtown Rangeley, 12.5 miles to downtown Oquossoc, and 4.6 miles to Saddleback.

FAQs: This property has a shared waterfront access with a sandy beach, dock, fire pit, and canoes. This property also has a gas grill available mid-May through mid-October.

Fabulous family gathering place

We were looking for a secluded and peaceful place in the mountains to do some hiking and relax with family. This property fulfilled all of our needs perfectly! The cabin is beautiful inside and comes well stocked with everything from canoes and kayaks to games to an amazing kitchen with anything you could want for your stay! The bedrooms are large and each has its own bathroom. There's even an extra bathroom on the main floor, which is very convenient! If you're looking for a gathering place in the Rangeley area, this one is fantastic!

Cozy Cabin

We had an amazing stay, The house was perfect. I loved the separation of rooms so that everyone could have some privacy if they needed and all the extra bathrooms were key after a long day of skiing! Hopefully, we are able to rent this house again in the future!

Spring fun!

We made a spontaneous decision to head up to Saddleback learning there was a big storm brewing. The housewas great, central to towm & the mountain. The agency made it a breeze and super supportive with anything we needed. We hope to return!

Slice of Heaven

It was so good to be back at Saddleback, and this cottage was perfect. Everything was comfortable, including the beds and even the basement was finished! The windows opened and allowed in the cool breezes...it was just right! And oh, the peace and quiet. It was just what we all needed.

Fantastic Getaway!

This home is absolutely beautiful! Very clean, with gorgeous views and many amenities. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the kitchen is great, and the great room has a terrific wood burning fireplace. It is large and very comfortable for 8 adults. Morton & Furbish were terrific agents and were very responsive to our questions! We highly recommend!

The Best Home Stay ever

Stop looking right now! This is by far the best short term stay I have ever stayed at (and I have stayed at alot of them).The place was impeccably clean and appointed. Everything you could possibly want in a home away from home. The design and layout was professional and expertly done and furnishings and kitchen items the best. And the most wonderful part were the bank of windows overlooking Saddleback Lake. Despite nearby cottages it was peaceful and serene with a trail to hike right outside the door.Lots of birds and other1 wildlife and canoes and kayaks to take advantage of the lake. Thank you!

Ski trip

The location is great, close to mountain. House is big and has plenty of space for multiple families. Big Dog was amazing, he helped us twice. The fireplace flue was open alowing cold air into the house. He came and closed it. The foreplace doesn't work, smokes too much and flue is not easily operable. Curtains in bathroom shower windows were moldy. The full size bed in the main area bedroom needs a new matress. It has a pit in the middle that you fall into throughout the night. The kitchen utensils, pans etc could use an upgrade. The grill is not usable in winter and should be noted in the description.Otherwise great stay and will return.The fireplace does not work
