As soon as you walk through the front door, you are welcomed with the vibrant and free-spirited colors that truly give this vacation home its character. The hallway opens up into the large open living area, which provides the perfect space to spread out and enjoy family togetherness. The fully stocked kitchen provides plenty of counter space, including a large island counter, which is ideal for setting out the holiday dinner spread. The counter also has bar seating for five guests. The extra-long marble dining table with custom modern lighting seats eighteen guests. A built-in work/charging station with USB charging ports has an additional bar seating for three guests near the back door. Gather around in comfort on the leather living room set and watch your favorite family movies on the 86” wall-mounted smart tv. A large modern fan will keep the breeze flowing throughout.

In the front of the home, guests will wind down in the vibrant pink bedroom featuring two queen beds, a 65” wall-mounted smart tv, and wall controlled ceiling fan. Just outside this room, guests will enjoy the full-size bathroom with custom wall work, double vanity, and shower.

The fun continues back indoors as The Hangout #3 would not be complete without its very own custom game room. The custom game room has enough to keep the family entertained for days! Challenge each other to some one-on-one Basketball game or go back and forth in a game of ping pong! For those wanting to get some video gaming in, a custom-built gaming station with a 50” wall-mounted smart tv and Xbox will be the place for you. The arcade fans will enjoy pinball, Golden Tee 3D golf, or tabletop Marvel arcade game.

The downstairs king master has a custom woodwork accent wall and an extra desk for those needing to get some work done. Wind down to your favorite show on the 65” wall-mounted smart tv and relax in comfort with the wall-controlled ceiling fan. The master bathroom provides access to the pool area and offers a double vanity, a large soaking tub, and a separate shower. The water closet can also be closed off to allow pool guests to use it without providing access to the rest of the master bathroom.

Vegas meets Orlando as you ascend to the loft area on the second floor. Guests will feel like they have been flown across the country to their very own Vegas lounge, equipped with your own karaoke bar, poker table, and more! Gamers will enjoy dual gaming stations with two PlayStation, five consoles, and matching 43” smart TVs. The poker table also doubles as a pocket pool, giving even more options for fun! Across the room, a large leather sofa is perfect for watching the competition take their turn on the custom-built Karaoke station. LED lighting really gives an immersive feeling. The loft also has a custom-built bar area with a sink and mini refrigerator .

Upstairs, the little ones will retreat to the Minions-themed bedroom with decals and custom murals. This room also has a 43” wall-mounted smart tv and shares a bathroom with the upstairs front king bedroom. The bathroom features a double vanity and shower. The upstairs front king has a custom blue accent wall, as well as a 55” wall-mounted smart tv and wall-controlled ceiling fan. This room also has a large walk-in closet, perfect for a day at the outlets! The other front king master bedroom features a 55 ” wall-mounted smart tv and wall-controlled ceiling fan. The master bathroom features, a single vanity and shower.

In the middle of the home, the queen Surf room is perfect for guests of any age, and must come with a “Punch Buggy” warning! Enjoy your favorite show on the 50” wall-mounted smart tv and rest in comfort under the wall-controlled ceiling fan. Across the hall, the space rangers will find their quarters to be the perfect space. Equipped with four custom-built twin sleep stations, this room will be a favorite! The cadets will enjoy the 43 ” wall-mounted smart tv and HDMI outlets in each bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combo.

The princesses will sleep like royalty in their custom-built castle, equipped with two queen-over-queen sleeping arrangements. Custom art and murals will have everyone ready for the big Coronation! Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
