The perfect family holiday home located in Agnes Water township with an easy stroll to the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. Four spacious bedrooms, multiple entertaining areas, free Wifi plus an inground swimming pool including an outdoor entertaining area, table and bbq, making this property ideal for an affordable beach-style holiday in Agnes Water. Located in a quiet estate providing a fenced yard, perfect for your outside pooch to join in on the family fun away.
The beautiful resort-style swimming pool will provide hours of refreshing fun for the kids and parents alike. Side access through large gates into the fenced yard is convenient for boat parking.

Featuring four bedrooms sleeping up to 9 people ( max 8 adults)
Bedroom 1 - queen bed, air-conditioned, fan and ensuite
Bedroom 2 and 3 also with queen beds , air-conditioned & fans
Bedroom 4 – provides 2 single beds air conditioning plus fans
Media room - 1 fold-out sofa bed and free Wifi
Ensuite & main bathroom with bath
Well-stocked spacious kitchen with all crockery and cooking utensils plus family-size fridge/freezer

Very quiet town with not a lot to do. Not that we really minded. House was good layout but needed a really good clean and the yard was not tended to before weour arrival. Outdoor table and chairs

Agnes Water holiday house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. It was the right size and was in a perfect position. We did point out to the agent that a few necessary items were missing, ie, vegetable peeler, spare light globes, sieve, colander etc. They thought that we were a bit crazy to suggest that these items were required. Overall, our holiday was very enjoyable and I would definitely stay there again.
