Cozy Guest Suite in Edgemont Village

Enjoy your stay in North Vancouver in this cozy, newly renovated guest suite. This charming guest suite is located in the Edgemont Village area, minutes away from the Suspension Bridge, Parks and trails and Grouse mountain.

The guest suite is a 200 sq ft newly renovated and it’s self-contained with a kitchenette that has everything you need to prepare basic food. Enjoy a tea or a Nespresso in the morning!

The twin size daybed has been extended to a king size bed with two comfortable twin mattresses side by side, linens and pillows to help you relax. Please do NOT attempt to put the extension back as the extension has been fixed and it’s permanent.

Guests have their own private keyless entrance to the suite. The suite shares a wall with the main house, some noise is to be expected. During the summer months, we will be in the backyard enjoying the sunshine!

The North Shore is known for its outdoor recreation, and the numerous hiking trails and beaches.

    I stayed at Shadi’s cozy little place in North Vancouver with my 6-year-old while travelling from Australia to Toronto. It was the perfect size for two people and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need if you’d like to cook for yourself — including an induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine. The toiletries were complete, and Shadi had thoughtfully provided every little thing you might need or forget while travelling. The bed was comfortable, and the place was spotlessly clean. Shadi was such a lovely and considerate host — she responded quickly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location was excellent — just a 10-minute walk to the Capilano Suspension Bridge and close to shops and cafes. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting North Vancouver!

    Shadi is an amazing host and offers a great little spot to rent out, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Anything you need and you can get ahold of her within minutes. Hope to book a stay here again in the future!

    We’ve had a great three weeks- the accommodation and our hosts were all perfect. We were visiting my son and his family but spent time exploring too and the house is in the perfect location for exploring North Vancouver and the city. The public transport system is fantastic and we loved the sea bus into town.The accommodation is well planned and totally suitable for us- basic cooking with a microwave , fridge etc. we can highly recommend the accommodation for anyone looking for a lovely, friendly place to stay in a great location- thank you Shadi and all your family!

    Wonderful stay

    We enjoyed staying north of the busy city center, in a green, calm neighbourhood close to the mountains. Public transport by buses is good enough to easily reach busier areas / to go grocery shopping etc.

    Small suite more suitable for teenager living at home

    When I arrived I was shocked that it was basically in a garage with clutter from their kids in front. Very small place with basically no privacy as people were talking in front of my door and window. Very noisy, slamming of doors and thumping around until 10 or 11 at night. It was quiet from about 11pm to 7am

    Overall great experience!

    We had a great stay here! Host is very nice, accommodating, and fast to respond. The place was comfortable and well equipped, and within 10 minutes walking distance of park trails, as well as a nice little commerce area with cafe’s etc. The only thing I can say (and I have a rather high standard for cleanliness so take it with a pinch of salt) is the rug was a little dirty, as well as the mattress covers had some dirt marks (not the sheets! Those were very clean) other than that, there was nothing to say, we had a perfect stay, thank you!!
