The back patio is fully enclosed and ideal for grilling, relaxing, or spending time with your furry companion.



Both upstairs master suites feature ensuite full bathrooms with shower-tub combos, large walk-in closets, and smart TVs. The guest master includes a large desk, ideal for working remotely with high-speed Wi-Fi.

• Lower-level den: bunk beds



The large kitchen is fully stocked for meals at home and includes a bistro table for breakfast. Appliances include: dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, blender, standard coffee maker, and ample pantry space.



NO A/C INCLUDED - portable fans are provided, and portable A/C units are available to rent (additional fees apply, please reserve in advance).



The home includes 1 reserved parking space with additional public parking nearby. Two beach cruisers and beach accessories are included for guest use.



Located just one block from the Pacific Beach boardwalk and sand, with nearby shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Perfect for a relaxing beach vacation while still close to the energy of PB. Explore the area on the provided bikes or take a stroll along the boardwalk.

Our interaction with guests by phone, email, and text are in an effort to ensure that our guests are in the know, feel prepared, and completely at ease while staying with us. We are available 7 days a week from 10a-6pm PST, and after hours in case of emergency!



Arrival & Departure

• Check-in: 3pm (4pm Memorial Day–Labor Day)

• Check-out: 11am


Check-in instructions are sent via email after rental agreement and verification. On-site signage guides the use of amenities, and we are available after hours for emergencies.



Minimum Stay Policies

• Off-season: 2-4 night minimum

• Summer (June–Aug): 5-night minimum



Holidays:


5 night minimum. There are no arrivals on Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.



Summer:


Memorial Day–Labor Day = 5 night minimum

No arrivals on Independence Day (July 4).



Policies

• Pets: Pets are permitted at this property with an ADDITIONAL FEE. The fee is $200 plus tax for the first pet, and $100 plus tax for the second pet. Please be advised: THIS FEE IS EXTRA, IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BUNDLED RATE AT BOOKING. We require additional details about your pet before approving and processing payment for the pet fee.

• Rates fluctuate daily

• Primary renter must be 25+

• Noise-sensitive property: no outdoor noise after 9pm

• No parties or large gatherings

• Non-smoking property

• Décor/furniture may differ slightly from photos (no refunds for minor changes)



After Booking

Rental agreement and identity verification through Autohost are required (includes temporary $2 authorization that automatically drops off). A guest services agent will contact you within 24 hours of booking.
