When we got to the apartment the key code had not been activated. An apartment manager was in the area and contacted the host to activate the code. With no A/C and all windows and doors shut it was very musty smelling. That went away once we opened everything. It’s an outdated place but clean and has everything we needed. It was great having a TV in our bedroom but you couldn’t see it because of the bedposts. Parking was extremely tight and always somebody’s vehicle in front of our space or behind it. Location was exactly where we wanted to be. The host was very communicative with me which we appreciated.

Property was exactly what was described and provided us a delightful time. The area is very walkable to beach, food, coffee and markets. The area is safe and full of beach life entertainment. I would recommend staying here.

Great beach stay!

The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and plenty of food options nearby. The kitchen has great appliances so dinner in was also easy to pull together. This was such a nice vacation!

Where do I even start…the listing claims it sleeps 6. It has 2 queen beds and 2 awful awful couches that have springs that dig into you. The couches are not sleepable at all. Not even bearable to sit in. Now to the kitchen. We picked VRBO to have an available kitchen to cook and save money. The refrigerator was not working. We contacted the owners and were told a tech was coming. I requested to be called ahead of time and got no calls. Tech said he fixed it but really he just said it not fixable. So 4 days no fridge. And only a 325 credit. Location is fantastic. That’s the only positive. Worst VRBO experience ever.

SD Vacay

Our stay here was great and the property managers were very helpful. Awesome location near the beach and all the bars and restaurants. There wasn't any hot water in the master bathroom when we arrived, but we coordinated with the maintenance team and they had it fixed within 24 hours.
