Hollygrove Village is a close-knit community that offers a range of amenities for its guests. From well-maintained parks and playgrounds to walking trails and community events, there is always something to do for individuals of all ages. The community offers easy access to all major highways, first-class theme parks, restaurants, dining, and shopping options in the Orlando area.



Homey décor creates a comfortable atmosphere throughout this 4-bedroom townhome. This vacation home offers suitable accommodation for up to 8 guests.



The open floor plan creates an ambient that flows well, perfect for entertaining with family and friends. The fully-equipped kitchen refreshes the more relaxed feel of the cozy living room and elegant dining room. The patio is furnished and accessible through glass screen doors by the dining room, perfect for relaxing on a sunny day. The downstairs bedroom has a QueenSize bed, and it shares the Full-Bathroom along the hallway.



Through to the upper floor, there is a spacious Master Bedroom with a KingSize bed and a splendid en-suite bathroom. Along the hallway are the full-equipped Laundry room and the shared Full-Bathroom. The third bedroom is tidily furnished with two Twin-Size beds, while the fourth bedroom has plenty of accommodation for the little ones since it features a Gorgeous Queen-Size bed.

* We charge a refundable damage deposit of $200. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

- Taxis: Local taxi services are readily available and can be hailed or called for pick-up. You can ask our staff for recommendations or contact the resort's front desk for assistance in arranging taxi services.

- Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!



✦ What We Provide:

Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.



✦ Pet Policy:

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

it's not bad

You're sitting on springs in the sofa. Feathers are coming out of the pillows, but there were good sides too. The toilet was decimated quickly.

BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, NICE QUIET PLACE BUT HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I stayed at this property from Sunday, February 2nd to Sunday, February 9th, 2025, and unfortunately, my vacation was marred by numerous issues.Upon arrival, we were given incorrect door codes, which left us locked out for about 30 minutes. We couldn’t use what I consider the main entrance for the entire stay.Additionally, there was trash left by the previous guest when we checked in, and it remained there until we checked out. Animals got into the trash, scattering it across the property.We also experienced daily internet disruptions, which was particularly frustrating as I needed to work remotely.While the home itself was very nice, despite frequent communication about these concerns, nothing was done to resolve them.
