- To access the property, use the key to enter the main glass building door. Go into the building and to the lift on the right. Use the car pad remove as an access fob on the fob ready to access the lift to level 6 to find unit 27. You’ll have access to the entire property, so it will feel like your own home.
- The keys will be left in a lockbox located in the unit's letterbox.
- There are no stairs inside or outside the property.

- To access the on-site parking, you’ll need to enter from Centennial Lane at the rear of the building called Centennial Lane. The access drive has a left and right option. You need to drive down the right hand steep slope. Through the shutter door using the remote control and drive. Small to medium vehicles only due to height limit at the access point.
- There are no stairs inside or outside the property.
