Everything was great! The only issue that we had was parking. The description states that the garage can be used for parking, however, there is a ton of furniture in the garage that doesn’t allow for parking. So you will have to park on the street. Aside from that, the stay was perfect.

Wish I could give Zero stars

This rental listing is not accurate! No coffee maker, no complimentary toiletries, no toilet paper in the bathrooms! no dishes! There were just two plates and 4 glasses yet the listing says it accommodates six people. Garage is jammed with owners junk so can’t park there. Empty beer bottles in living room and on balcony. The contact person and Evolve Rentals did not return phone calls or emails to help out. We had to go to the store and buy toilet paper, dishes, coffee maker, etc for our stay. Made for a disappointing Thanksgiving weekend. We reserved this place before the previous review was posted, if we ever rent from VRBO again will definitely check reviews again a few days before arrival.

Not as advertised

This rental did not meet expectations. It was dirty with hair on the floor, trash around and under the couch, and someone's clothing in both the dryer and a hamper in an upstairs room. There was a broken floorboard at the top of the stairs and the curtains in the master bedroom were held up with pushpins. Both of those items presented a safety hazard for my entire family. The garage "parking" was unacceptable as the owner is clearly using the space for storage. There was so much furniture and debris in there that there was practically no room to pull a car in, and also smelled like cat pee. There was no coffee maker in the house and when we reached out to the client contact about it his reply was simply that the previous guest must have stolen it with no additional follow-up or solution provided. We ended up leaving a day early because the space was so bad.

Great Stay but House Needs Work

My friends and I enjoyed our spring break from school with some time to unwind and be away from home. I was glad to provide them with this property as our temporary home for a few days, and I took a look around before they arrive to get my bearings on the layout of the house as well as bedroom placement. I did notice few things that should be addressed about the house that I am sure the owner is aware of but there were many signs of presence of children or pets seen throughout the house with scuff marks along the walls leading up to the kitchen and in various rooms. Two of my guests resided on the first floor of which I noticed a smell that I discovered was the buildup of garbage in the garage which was very unpleasant to deal with. The location of the house was very helpful and convenient to shopping areas that we visited, however, we did have a difficult time locating remotes for the TVs in the bedrooms and we noticed that curtains and curtain rods weren't secure as the curtain in the 3rd floor bedroom was held up by push-pins. Another thing was the choice of seating on the second floor in the dining room area, the chairs very easily cracked under a small amount of weight and were painful to sit in, would recommend replacing those as soon as possible. Overall, loved the layout and setup of the house and we enjoyed our stay there, it suited our privacy needs and was very convenient, thank you.
