Property located in a nice gated community on a golf course. Quiet and safe area. Host was responsive prior to stay. Cleanliness unsatisfactory. Dirty carpet with stains thought the living room and bedrooms. White bathroom rug vey dirty. Stains on sofa. Refrigerator had used condiments, and some expired. Felt like we were staying at someone’s home instead of vrbo.

A beautiful place to stay

The view of the golf course is great, particularly at sunrise. Everything was as described in the listing. The space did everything we needed it to, and we enjoyed our time.

Great place

Beautiful house and super safe neighborhood with nice neighbors. Very dog friendly. They even have a bed, a dog door and the yard is escape proof,. Be mindful of close neighbor. His patio is on the same side. The bed will having you sleep like a baby. So comfortable. The living room feels so at home. Kitchen has everything. Scott, our contact, was right there for any need. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice Comfortable Home

Very comfortable home with everything needed. Great location to golf courses, biking and hiking. The garage is a bonus to lock up golf clubs, bikes and equipment. Close proximity to hot tub and pool. The grounds offer a nice walk with your dog.

Exactly what we needed

Our family came down to Phoenix/Scottsdale for a golf trip and this property was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean, centrally located with lots of stores/restaurants nearby, easy to find, and the check-in process was seamless. 3-4 people could stay very comfortably and the back patio overlooking a golf course was a nice touch. My only feedback is that if you're looking to use the community pool/hot tub, it is a little bit of a walk from the property so we didn't end up using that amenity. We would stay here again if coming back.

Wonderful South Mountain Location. Great for pets!

Nice property in gated South Mountain community on The Raven Golf Course. This property is pet friendly and it is obvious from the moment we walked in. So if you do not have pets, you may not like it. If you do have pets, it is perfect! Owner was very responsive with a few issues we had. Master bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is large and well stocked. Garage is nice. Office area was good for some work that husband had to do. I would recommend a coded lock on the door to keep from having to deal with lockboxes and keys. I would love to stay here again, but unfortunately due to the pet dander, my allergies won't permit it.

Nice Golf Course Situated Patio Hone

High points include a large well-appointed kitchen and large master shower with high water pressure and rapidly heated water. This has been a problem at other places we have stayed. Phoenix was rainy, but we still had a good time at this cozy place!
