The space

Nestled on our 100 acres in Collombatti's scenic Countryside, a mere 12-minute drive from Frederickton and adjacent to the State Forest. Offering convenient access to nearby 4WD bush trails and a Half-hour drive to stunning beaches like South West Rocks, Hat Head, and Crescent Head, it provides an ideal balance of serenity and accessibility to various attractions.



While another dwelling exists on-site, the entirety of the Cottage is exclusively yours, ensuring complete seclusion and privacy. Our hassle-free self-check-in process prioritises your convenience and personal space throughout your stay.



Nature lovers will enjoy the abundant wildlife — from kangaroos and native animals to a wide variety of birds and our charming miniature Galloways. Because we’re nestled in a natural environment, occasional sightings of insects, spiders, or reptiles are possible. We do keep the grounds tidy, mowing regularly to reduce unwanted encounters.



While snake sightings are rare, we take every precaution: a snakebite kit is available on-site just in case.



Other things to note

Please be advised that our accommodation is exclusively for adults.



We warmly welcome dogs with prior consultation. To ensure the safety of our wildlife, livestock, and neighbors, we ask for mindfulness regarding your pets' activities. Please refrain from allowing pets on furniture and consider bringing a travel rug for their comfort. For their safety, we offer a contained courtyard. If you are wandering the farm, please use a long lead and be sure to bring enclosed shoes. Plan day trips with your furry companions in mind and do not leave them unattended at the property. We provide dog bowls and a bed.



Our septic system operates on a worm farm principle, and we kindly request that guests remain mindful of this eco-friendly setup: only toilet paper (no wipes, sanitary items or oils) can go down the loo, and please avoid pouring fats, oils or chemical cleaners into sinks.



We provide comprehensive recycling facilities for your convenience. Kindly dispose of food scraps solely in the designated bin allocated for composting purposes. This ensures an efficient and environmentally friendly waste management system.



We source all our water from rainwater, so we ask that you help us conserve this precious resource where possible. Simple things like running full loads in the washing machine or dishwasher, and turning off taps while brushing teeth go a long way.

If additional cleaning of the outdoor spaces, spa, BBQ and pizza oven is required, it will incur a fee. Please make sure you clean the amenities after use. Refrain from going in the spa without showering first to remove body lotions, sunscreen etc.
