About our stay

Enjoyed staying at this lovely house. Overall the property was very nice. Some little things that needed replacing or added to to make our stay more comfortable. The property owner has taken our feedback and will be working on those things. Would recommend to others.

Beautiful getaway house

Luxury Country Property is a beautiful house to go away with family and friends. It’s very specious and comfortable. Plenty of beds and rooms for over 12 people. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and the attic area. Definitely recommend this house for a getaway with family and friends.

Rural gem not too far from the coast

Loved the property’s rural location, surrounded by a lush green countryside, and only a 30min drive to South West Rocks. Good size bedrooms with luxury ensuite bathrooms in each room was a treat and kids loved the massive pool. Perfect size for two families with kids 4-10 yrs old.

Beautiful property outside and in

Incredible property everything you need at your fingertips. The ambience amazing. Do as much or as little as you want. Hop in the car and drive to one of the many beaches or just chill in the pool or on the lounge watching the huge tv. Or playing pool or chilling on one of the many verandahs with a good book.

Truly unique

We loved the space in this marvellous house, and hope to be back in warmer months to enjoy the swimming pool! The fire was on to welcome us when we arrived on a wet winter afternoon, and that set the tone for a wonderful stay. Beautiful views of trees, paddocks and mountain in the distance from every window. My family enjoyed a few competitive games with the pool table too!

Lovely and relaxing

The house is very large, which was great for our family and teenager's friends, and we could all find a space to come together or be in quiet space. Pool and pool table was well used over the week. The weather was quite hot, and although the fans helped it we appreciate that it would be difficult to have air con for such a large space, which was the only downside to our stay during very hot weather. The surrounds are lovely countryside, wildlife was lovely such as kangaroos nearby each day, and the train station was close for our teenager's friends. We had a lovely and relaxing time, thanks to our host and property manager.

Relaxing, spacious family getaway

Our family (3 adult kids, their partners, & our baby granddaughter), had an amazing stay at Wobbly Boot Estate. So much space & light! We loved the large, open plan living, but also that there were plenty of private places to retreat to. Beautiful pool area, gardens, enormous TV, amenities, not to mention the secret ‘Narnia’ wardrobe! Wow! Great communication with host prior to our stay & we had complete privacy while there. Would love to come back again!

You won’t want to leave!

Had the best weekend at the most stunning place I’ve ever stayed! Spent our annual friends weekend away here and we were kicking ourselves that we’d only booked for the weekend. The property is stunning! Super family friendly. We spent so much time talking about how we could live there forever. So many spaces to relax and unwind. Kaylee the host was so accommodating with such speedy replies to our enquires. It was beyond what we imagined, and while the pictures are gorgeous, it’s even more breath taking in person.

Family Holiday

What a lovely relaxing stay at the great family holiday house at Eungai Rail. An open fire awaited us on our arrival, which was very cosy and warm for our stay in winter. There was plenty of room throughout the house for all ten adult members of our family. We had plenty of bathrooms, which was fantastic. Most bedrooms had ensuits and there was an additional shower and toilet on the bottom floor, which would be very handy for those wishing to use the pool and outdoor area. The property was very clean, was well maintained and had plenty of household needs. Thank you for a lovely stay !

Perfect home for a large family getaway

What a fabulous home and property! Our family of 8 adults and 4 children, aged one to four years, spent three nights at this beautiful home. The house and grounds are fabulous, and even better than the photos on the website! The home is well stocked, there is plenty of space for everyone, and every bedroom has its own ensuite which is so good! We couldn’t have asked for more! The pool is amazing, and the water temperature was spot on! The new-looking outdoor covered deck was such a great space to come together as a family for meals and games, with such a gorgeous outlook to paddocks with cows and kangaroos galore. I was a bit concerned about no air conditioning, but it really wasn’t an issue at all due to the high ceilings and lots of windows allowing great air flow, and there are also plenty of fans provided. Our family all rate this property 10/10. We loved it!

Unique and luxurious rural home with all the mod cons

My friends and I loved our stay at this beautiful and luxurious rural property. Wobbly Boot is a unique octagonal home with a deep wrap around elevated balcony, cathedral ceiling, huge mezzanine level, buckets of space, salt water pool, luxurious fittings and every modern convenience. Located in the beautiful hamlet of Eungai Rail, nestled not far from the Pacific Highway between Kempsey, Southwest Rocks & Coffs Harbour on the NSW coast. This is a one-off property with no end of interesting architectural and internal design features. There are 5 queen beds with comfortable pillow choices and luxury linens, 2 singles and a child's bed, separated into 5 spaces. There are 4 bathrooms plus a 5th toilet in the laundry. Would suit a group of friends up to 12 strong, 4 couples with comfortable privacy, or an extended family group. Downstairs there are 2 queen-ensuites plus another queen ensuite with an adjoining twin room which can be separated or joined by opening the linking doors. I chose the twin room and enjoyed the bright and airy 'sleep-out' experience with the numerous doors and windows opened wide (but well screened) to the chorus of birdsong. Being a water baby I particularly enjoyed my own private steps down to the beautiful gardens for an early morning dip in the warmed saltwater lap pool. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for a rental with a large stove and fridge and quality BBQ outside There is a giant TV suited to the enormous living space. There was absolutely nothing lacking in our stay and the owner was very helpful with detailed instructions and attention to detail. Highly recommended, cannot wait to return and experience this lovely property in all the seasons.

We had a great stay. The house is very central and is a great spot to explore the area. Plus the house and the area itself is beautiful and kept the whole family happy and entertained, especially the pool.
