Lovely stay with gorgeous views!

We had a lovely stay at this property in Camdenton! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The hosts went above and beyond with welcome treats and quickly responding to our questions. The kids loved all the books and toys! The property was a little tricky to find as the house has no numbers, but we quickly figured it out. Would highly recommend for a quiet, stunning stay at the lake!

Very clean, great common spaces, beautiful view, beware there are only 2 showers

This property is very clean and comfortable. The property manager reached out ahead of time to check in with us and to give us contact information. When we arrived, we found snacks left especially for us and a welcome card.The common spaces are plentiful, the view is beautiful, all spaces are very clean, and the snacks and coffee were a very nice touch. The downside was that although the listing said 4 full bathrooms, there were there were only two showers for 12 adults and one is in the primary bedroom. It made for some uncomfortable and scheduled shower times. We also found we had trouble securing some of the exterior doors and that there were no window coverings in the master bathroom tub/dressing area. All in all, we had a very good short weekend but this space may be better for a few adults a many children rather than a large group of adults needing to all get ready for an event.

The property is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. There was a cat that kept trying to get in the front door when we went in and out, very annoying. The downstairs bunk room had an odor of cats. The stove was a challenge to cook on. The spaces were excellent and surpassed our needs. I would consider staying here again.

Wonderful multi-family vacation home

My families stay here was wonderful! There was plenty of space for all 13 of us, with most of our time spent together gathered in the large kitchen/living area. The views are amazing. Property manager and owner both reached out and were kind and very helpful!

Mom's Birthday

This trip was to celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday with her sisters, daughters and nieces. There was a total of 9 women. The accommodations were great for our group. We enjoyed the fall decorations and the personal touches provided. Gwen and Sheldon (hosts) were responsive and attentive to our needs (which weren't many). The spaces were so great for us. We enjoyed the back deck both evenings and had meals at the large dining room table. We played games in the living room and laughed and ate in the kitchen. The only comments I would add are that the beds were all very high (hard for short people) and there were no railings to the basement. Otherwise it was a perfect place for us to stay. We will certainly keep this property in mind for ourselves or to refer to others.

Absolutely lovely stay

It is a beautiful property providing a great combination of a quiet, comfy stay in the middle of nature. The house offers multiple patios with beautiful views, a great lawn space to chill and ample number of rooms. The property is also located at a comfortable distance from Ha Ha Tonka State Park and Lake of Ozarks State Park's public beach. There is a Walmart nearby too (20 minute drive). The hosts (Sheldon and Gwenda) were very courteous and responsive. They made sure that we had a comfortable stay. They had thoughtfully put together a basket of marshmallows to welcome us. On the whole, we had a memorable stay
