Rating Details:
The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The location and community were great. However, 8 out of 10 cabinets throughout the house were locked, including the bathrooms and bedrooms. That isn't such a big deal, but the mice running around the inside of the townhome our 1st night was bothersome. We ended up trapping 2 of the 3 that we saw. The management company responded quickly and was helpful and found a hole behind the stove, probably the location that the mice were entering, and cleaned up the droppings. I'm sure that the cleaning company in the past has had to of seen droppings around the home in areas because we did. I wish the problem was taken care of before we arrived. That is why the home got a 2 star for general condition and cleanliness.
