This space is optimal for 1-2 guests + includes: a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry, air conditioning, a dedicated parking spot, with nearby grocery stores + the LCBO.

This studio loft features a fully outfitted kitchen, modern bathroom, new appliances, storage space + areas for lounging. Big, north-facing windows fill the loft with natural light all day long. Enjoy beautiful, natural interior elements of wood, limestone + brick throughout the unit.

Great location to see and experience all that Kingston has to offer. Everything is pretty much in walking distance from restaurants to historic sites and the harbor. The loft is well equipped, clean and perfect for a couple visiting the area. We parked in the reserved space and rarely needed our car after that. Our host saw to our needs and even brought us decalf coffee pods for the Nespresso machine! We will surely stay here again on our next visit.

Great stay in perfect location

Unit exactly as pictured, very clean a couple minor issues but taken care of very promptly by owner.Only comment is on parking - it is an off street designated spot, but you have to awkwardly drive over a curb on a busy street to manoeuvre your way in. It can be done but very glad I had an SUV and not a small car.

Awesome spot!

This spot was as advertised and more. Hosts were responsive and left nothing out as far as comforts. Area was also great. Short walk to shops and great food options. shand plenty of option.

Hidden Gem Downtown Kingston

The downtown loft is a hidden gem! I was visiting on a business trip and definitely preferred the loft over a hotel room. Excellent location, amenities, and attractions are within walking distance, peaceful, and comfortable!
