The house was absolutely gorgeous. The photos do not do it justice. We’ve never seen a more complete kitchen at an VRBO extremely convenient location to walk to everything in downtown Kingston you can see the waterfront from the house and the patio area is just so tranquil in Zen absolute perfection and we hope to be back again for a longer stay.

Excellent place to stay. Because we were visiting our daughter who lives nearby but had a full house, we used it only for sleeping and breakfast. But it was so well supplied for essentials of cooking that it would be a great holiday base. Ian

This is a gorgeous heritage home in a perfect location. It was great for our group of 6 adults. Loved it. Staircase might be a little steep/slippery for those with mobility issues. The upstairs jack and jill bathroom isn’t super private but we were a family all traveling together so no big deal. Near laundromat but no laundry on site. Really special, well stocked house.

The house was outstanding.Clean. The entire place was clean and tidy. It looked and felt pristine, including the kitchen and bathroom. The Host. The host was prompt and courteous. The Kitchen. Was stocked with the basic utensils and stuff. All the plates, utensils, glasses, and cups were in excellent condition. The Bedrooms. The bedrooms were beautiful. The mattresses were perfect and provided a good night's sleep.Without doubt, this VRBO was the most beautiful, well-appointed, stylish home I have ever rented from VRBO. Not only did it look and feel like something out of Architectural Digest, it seemed to be the grand prize winner. Everything about the home was top notch. Nothing looked as though it came from Walmart or a big box store. Every item, from the lamps to the armchairs, from the coasters to the chandelier -- it all looked to be sourced from artists and craftsman.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property in Kingston, ON! The location couldn’t be better – everything we wanted to see and do was within easy walking distance. The home itself is stunning: a beautifully maintained historic property with high ceilings, tasteful decor, and lovely modern amenities. It was spotless when we arrived, and every detail felt thoughtfully prepared. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with fresh, soft sheets and plush towels that made us feel right at home. We especially loved the peaceful courtyard area – the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the city. This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kingston. We can’t wait to come back!

It is a stunning property in a great location, with the quaintest garden. Being a tea lover it was great that they had a kettle, teapot and a variety of teas. For coffee lovers they had fresh beans, a coffee machine and bodum. They also had fresh milk and cream. Lots of other touches, like books, puzzles, games, extra toiletries if you forgot something.

Beautifully curated experience

Images do not do this historic property justice. From the moment our group of 4 walked through the side gate we were mesmerized. A lovely garden, lit well enough for evening dining as well as a beautiful interior space convinced us to stick with takeaway food . The stock of simple but elegant housewares and thoughtfully curated interior art and artifacts added to the appeal of this property. Beds were very comfortable and the street was quiet in the evening. A short, and pretty walk to downtown and all attractions.

4 friends who met at Queens University 40 years ago gathered to reminisce at this beautiful spot - we had the best time ever enjoying the magical garden and cooking in an incredibly well appointed kitchen. Above and beyond our expectations.
