The Space:

Moonlight Villa is the perfect place to enjoy all the amenities and fun things to do at Palmas del Mar. It offers a big garden-level terrace with everything you need to enjoy a nice breezy day at this beautiful resort. Moonlight Villa is an exquisitely decorated 3 bedroom villa that has over 1,800 square feet of construction, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a garden terrace with a gas grill, outdoor dining table, and additional outdoor seating.



Moonlight Villa comfortably sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. The unit also includes a washer and dryers, ideal for longer stays.



IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS PROPERTY IS STRICTLY FOR A MAXIMUM OF 6 GUESTS AT ANY GIVEN TIME - THIS INCLUDES VISITORS.





LIVING AREAS



Moonlight Villa has an open concept layout that connects the dining room, living room, kitchen, and patio. The kitchen has new countertops and a center aisle - which has two stool - so that whoever is cooking is always part of the group. The dining table comfortably sits six. The living room has a comfy sofa, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV. The terrace has a 4-person outdoor table as well as additional seating for the rest of the group. The terrace also has a gas grill for outdoor cooking and a convenient window and counter that connects to the kitchen for the easy handover of ingredients, drinks, and cooked food.





SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a private bathroom with both a shower and a tub, air conditioning, and direct access to the patio.



The 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed with a full closet, a six-drawer dresser, and AC.



The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed made up of two full beds, which can sleep one or two per bed, six drawer-dresser, a closet, and AC.



All bedrooms are appointed with top-notch furnishing and resort-quality linens. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom. Complimentary bathroom amenities are provided with each stay.



PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY):



We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.



 

KITCHEN



Moonlight Villa has a beautiful and spacious kitchen with new countertops, stainless steel appliances, a center aisle with an electric stovetop and oven, and all the cooking accessories you need for an extended stay. You’ll love how the cook is always part of the group – whether folks are at the dining table, living, room, or terrace. There is also a convenient window to the terrace you can use to send appetizers and drinks to folks outside.





GETTING AROUND & PARKING



The property includes two (2) parking spots for cars and one (1) additional small parking spot in case you decide to rent a golf cart.



We strongly recommend renting a car to be able to move around the area. Ubers are not readily available and cannot be relied on.



If looking to rent a golf cart so you can have direct access to the beach, we can provide the number of the rental companies on-site.



 

LOCATION



Moonlight Villa is located at the Harbour Lakes community, within Palmas del Mar.



Palmas del Mar offers a wonderful mile-long beach, multiple dining options, marina, tennis, and golf – among other offerings. The resort has miles and miles of running and cycling trails. There is also a community pool within Harbour Lakes.



Here are some of our favorite things to do:



Golf at one of Palmas del Mar’s two 18-hole Golf Courses. Tee times can be booked directly with the Palmas del Mar Athletic Club.

Tennis at the Palmas del Mar Athletic Club with 20 courts that include artificial grass, Har-Tru Clay, and hard courts.

Lunch or dinner at “La Pescaderia,” an oceanfront restaurant by the marina with some of the best seafood on the island.

Explore the El Yunque Rainforest. El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only rainforest under US Flagship.



Other Things to Note:

STARTER AMENITIES



At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.



All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.



We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:



- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)

- 3 garbage bags

- 1 roll of paper towels

- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)

- 1 dish soap

- 1 dish sponge

- A small amount of laundry detergent



Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.



Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.





HOUSE RULES



RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.



NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.



NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.



QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.



UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.



MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 6 adults/children at all times, including visitors.



OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.



TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.



TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.



SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.





CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES



Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.



If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.



If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.



Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.





TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON



We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.



Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.

Starting 5 days before arrival, your designated Property Manager will also be available to answer any additional questions you may have prior to arrival.
