Inaccurate Description and Horrible Host

After check in, we realized the sofa bed/futon that was mentioned on the ad when I booked it, was not available. It was just a regular small couch. I reached out to the host, who basically told me the house sleeps 4 so why would I inquire about a futon. I booked specifically a house with a futon so my husband can sleep on it while me and the kids sleep on the bed. She wouldn't find a solution so VRBO gave us 1 night stay at hotel and the host refused to listen to VRBO and issue a refund. My husband slept on the floor for 3 nights and nothing was done. When we left, we cleaned out our garbage, started the dishwasher and just left the beds unmade. Host took out frozen foods and a pot claiming we left the house a 'mess'. Very glad I took video proof before we left. The one room also smells very musty/moldy, both my kids got sick. The situation could of been professionally handled but very disapointed in the host's reponse. Definetly do not recommend for families

Cozy place

It was a great stay for a getaway. Host was responsive and property was just like in the pictures. Highly recommend.

Nice clean and modern basment suite

Communication was great. Nice basement suite with a/c, even thought a/c was not used because of the great ventilation from windows and cool nights. My kids loved the trampoline. Lots of shopping close by, and easy to travel to around the city.
