Perfect for families or couples (sleeps 6). Quiet neighborhood with easy access to nearby parks and beaches. Private indoor space, shared outdoor yard. Private use of one full semi-detached unit with a separate entrance. Friendly long-term tenants in the adjoining unit. Ideal for a relaxing getaway!
You can even see the water from the entrance to the driveway of the property—it’s that close!
