● Please note that there is a 2-bag limit for garbage, and extra bags can be taken home or
disposed of for a fee
● Wi-Fi is rural and may be unreliable at times, a backup hotspot can be provided if
needed
● Hot tub may not always be functional, and a partial refund may be offered if it is
unavailable
● Parking is limited to 5 cars on the driveway as parking on the road is not allowed; guests must
adhere to the reservation's specified number at all times

There are many walking trails, parking on the street is not allowed, and you can fit up to 5 cars in the driveway
