We had a wonderfully relaxing time here at Baudin Beach.This house was clean, spacious with all of our needs covered. The host was friendly, helpful and generous. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for an idealistic place to stay on Kangaroo Island. 5 stars from us.

Quiet location within walking distance of a beautiful beach

Enjoyed our stay at Baudin Beach. Very peaceful and within easy driving to great locations.

KI Baudin beach stay

Great inside space for a family, especially the open and large kitchen.Short track to the beach which the kids took advantage of.Husband loved the fishing, great local opportunities to catch fish.

Beautiful and great location

The property was fantastic and in a great location. Check in was easy. There was no WiFi at the property the rest made up for it.

Short stay

From the beginning of the booking until the end, Annie made our stay easy and enjoyable. Property was perfect for what we needed, lots of room for all of us and the dog. Close to the beach and 10 minutes to Penneshaw.

Nice and tidy house

We spent 3 nights at the property and enjoyed our trip to KI. The house is just 10 mins away from ferry terminal so convenient in terms of transportation. Overall, we are happy with the choice.

Staycation on Kangaroo Island

Our short break on Kangaroo Island to recharge was perfect! Baudin Beach was quiet and relaxing, just a short walk from the beach for kids to explore. Accommodation had all the necessary basics and was very clean and spacious. Lovely large, fluffy towels, a treat! Being coffee addicts, a pod machine would be a valuable addition. You can definitely relax here and not be bothered by phones ringing - coverage is minimal. Great to keep kids off devices too. We left KI feeling completely rested and fulfilled with many nature experiences.

Wonderful property and wonderful host!

We really want to say a big "thank you" to the wonderful host Annie. We originally were staying in a different accommodation on Kangaroo Island. We enquired the host about some blood stains and yellow marks on two out of three bedsheets. The host insisted on sending their cleaner to visit the property the next day. Unfortunately and shockingly, we were verbally abused, shouted and verbally threatened multiple times by the cleaner the moment they entered the front door for nearly an hour. After reviewing the video footage we took, we urgently started seeking for other property due to the high concern of our personal safety. That's how we found Annie's amazing property. Annie had essentially less than 20 hours notice to get her property ready when received our booking, and she kindly accepted our booking with no issues. She also specifically asked whether we need her to install the gate so that our dogs can have fenced yard, which we said not necessary as we didn't want to cause more work for her, but of course we were very grateful for her kind offer. We were so pleased by Annie's property. The place was very clean and tidy, bedsheets were spotless, we guess Annie probably even spray some perfume in bedrooms as all rooms smell nice and refreshing. All kitchen cutlery, cooking pots, pans were shining. Annie specifically told us she does all the cleanings herself, we can see she put in her love to look after the property and her guests. Thank you again Annie!
