This was hands down the filthiest accomodation I have ever seen in my life & Stayz need to do better when contacted about things like this. We were at this property for 2hrs in which I took a heap of pics waited for response from host property manager & stayz & got nowhere but ignored & told somebody will contact you. I cancelled accomodation & have fought Stayz for refund for 2 weeks straight

Filthy stained mattress beds not even made

Filthy walls near bed & cum on them complete with handprints

Disgusting kitchen wear expired food spilt in cupboards

The house was so unclean, crumbs and hairs in the bed. The cutlery and cups were dirty. Dog hair on the floor, marks all over the walls. The back of the bedroom door is filthy. The house could do with a good clean.

Cosy accommodation

Clean, well situated. large bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Big washing machine. No dryer but wasn't really an issue. Laundry door locked which made it difficult to get to cloths line but miner inconvenience. We arrived on bin day so the bins hadn't been put out and emptied but the property management arranged for these to be emptied promptly. Shopping centre 3 min drive and about 10 min drive to the centre of town. Was a 5 min drive to street parking for the football stadium which meant a 10 min walk to the stadium itself. Overall great location.

Great value property

The house was clean, roomy and comfortable, with a really easy check in process. The little touches like quality amenities in the bathrooms and coffee beans in the kitchen were lovely. Nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Good location close to shopping centres, restaurants and really quiet neighbourhood. The only complaint is the property was advertised as having a hot tub and there was no hot tub.

Nice house just not clean

The house itself is nice and modern, cleaner was still there when we wanted to check in. The state of the couch was very poor, we put sheets on them. Dirty walls, dirty containers and pots and pans. Communication with the manager was good though, we were there for the cyclone and the side fence came down. Manager tried to help but was a public holiday. Apart from the cleanliness issues, the location and actual house was good.

Great property for families

Roomy home 10 mins drive to the city and Strand. Great security with lockup garage and locks on windows, etc in good neighbourhood. Supermarkets and shopping centres within a 5 minute drive. Had some issues with the electrical items in the kitchen, could not operate toaster and stove at the same time without tripping safety switch. Light globes in bathroom and kitchens needed replacing. Could not get microwave to work.
