Your space is peaceful, private, secure and surrounded by tropical gardens and three resort style swimming pools. You will also enjoy a communal BBQ area with undercover entertaining area. The bonus? You're just 5 minutes away from the waterfront Strand where you will find cafe's, restuarants, specialty shops and Coles. So everything is at your fingertips.

Your inside space is open plan and effortlessly flows onto a balcony with a dining table to enjoy your meals on Townsville's balmy evenings. Speaking of food, there's a fully appointed kitchen with all of the mod-cons and amenities if you decide to make your own meals.

You'll also enjoy 3 airconditioned bedrooms, 2 with built ins and the main bedroom with a walk in robe and ensuite.
There is single allocated undercover parking space and also additional onsite car parking.

This apartment is very central to everything - Only 5 minute drive to The Strand, The Stadium, airport and CBD!

We had an excellent time.

Beautiful home, felt like home away from home. Clean and comfortable; Close to shopping, airport and James Cook University. Good communication. Would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in #59 and found the apartment to meet our expectations. The stairs were a killer at the start but got easier over time, lol. We could see the kids/ teens swimming comfortably in the pool down below. I really loved the space, with a segregated bedroom, ensuite, and walk through robe for adults was great and spacious. The location was perfect, close to everywhere we needed to go with a small supermarket close by.The only downfall we had was when the kids were happily enjoying a swim in the pool after fulldays of competitive sports every day, some permanent neighbours complained about their noise levels which really was not that loud, considering I was laying and sun baking and was told to turn the music down at 2:00pm in the middle of the day on the weekend too. Cannot fault anything else otherwise. Cost was also great for 10 nights. It was so good to escape the winter chills of Canberra slfor gorgeous sunny Townsville.

Very nice large apartment

The apartment is well appointed, everything we needed was there in the apartment. The location is in a nice quiet area, but if you are relying on public transport as we were, you have about a 15 minute walk to the bus stop. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use the pool which was a bit disappointing, but we still had a enjoyable stay. Brandi is a fantastic host, being a first time user of HomeAway I missed a few things on the web site. Brandi was able to assist, answering our questions promptly.

I am a North Queensland resident, and I adore our amazing outdoor lifestyle: long- distance running, yoga, obstacle training, travelling and competing in events overseas and busy personal life. Naturally passionate about finance and wealth creation. I am also a keen property investor myself. I’ve been a passionate host and Super Host for over seven years. I was fortunate to attend the hosting conference in L.A.
In November 2016 and I gained many valuable insights from it. I own one of my own properties and host on behalf of other lovely property owners, and I enjoy helping them achieve their financial goals and ensuring all guests delight in their holiday experience. I operate my established short-term holiday letting business, “Holiday Hosting”, to provide premier accommodation to those visiting Queensland.
I have obtained my full real estate license (Certificate IV in Property Services-Real Estate).
