Private Suite. Your Home away from Home

Well winter is fast approaching so sit back and relax after your day and enjoy the serenity and view ( mountains) of our back yard. Each room has a view with private patio, fire pit and BBQ. Very quiet above ground exceptionally clean and private spacious suite with 9’ ceilings. King size bed for a great night sleep. The suite also has a private separate entry with keyless entry.
All amenities are included. We are situated away from the main rd so no traffic noise or issues. Only 7 min to downtown. ( 15-20 min to airport) and a short easy drive (35-40min) to Sun Peaks Ski Resort or to the Shuswap lake resorts. Very quiet neighborhood.
The space
1000’ sq ft. Full kitchen and bathroom. Large bdrm with king size bed, walk-in closet, dresser and TV. You have covered patio with views of mountains and beautiful landscaping backing on to green space. We have a 3 car driveway off the cresent so no through traffic on our street. You’ll find our location very quiet and private
Guest access
You’ll have the complete suite to yourself with private entrance and back yard. You’ll also have your own parking spot in driveway
Other things to note
We also ask if your a smoker that you do so outside the suite and away from the house so that it doesn’t go into house above suite

Such a wonderful stay! Our host Peter was very responsive; the suite was immaculate; cozy, clean, easily accessed, and had a well stocked kitchen including small storage bins for packing lunches for our outings. Something I always forget to bring.

Loved our stay. Home is super comfy and the backyard is a beautiful oasis. The pictures don’t do this home justice. Pleasant surprise

We did a local hike up in the hills, ate at an unassuming BBQ place (Valhalla Smokehouse) next to a huge lumber processing place where the locals go, and it did not disappoint. We went to Wells-Gray and toured some waterfalls which were Spectacular!! The accommodations were wonderful, we loved the decor, and a nice little patio with a place to practice your putt. It is in a well groomed golf course subdivision, and very classy. I did not know Kamloops was a huge sports destination (even my local town does travel minor league baseball here) and there were free concerts by the river park and nice river walk as well. We had a lovely time.

Very Clean

This property is in an upscale, quiet neighborhood. It is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bed was very comfortable. Kamloops Lake is close by and lots of great hiking trails as well. We would definitely stay there again.

The Perfect Place

It was divine, sigh! It was so quiet, it was amazing.Beautifully appointed and decorated, and the hosts were wonderful, greeting me initially to make sure I had everything I needed. And, when I had any question, they were on it with an answer. This is a basement suite but split level so was light and bright on the“awake“ side and cozy and dark on the sleep side, with a very comfortable bed.I connected with the hosts occasionally, and one time accidentally, as I opened the wrong door! They just laughed, and we chatted about life. I highly recommend this spot, and if you read the rest of the reviews, you will see others agree!

Wonderful Stay in Kamloops

I had a fantastic experience staying at this suite while working at TRU. It was spacious, spotless, and incredibly peaceful, with stunning mountain views from the private patio. The king-sized bed was super comfortable, and the suite had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing and productive stay. The location is perfect—quiet and tucked away, but still just a quick drive to downtown. The hosts were great, and the private entrance and parking made everything so convenient. Beautiful Home Away from Home

The owners have created a warm, welcoming and fully appointed getaway for their guests. Though our stay was brief, we really appreciated this clean, beautifully decorated and spacious one bedroom apartment. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit Kamloops.

We decided to get into the short rental market because we love using it ourselves and had great experiences and thought we could offer the same. We know what we like and don’t like to make a stay memorable and hotels just don’t cut it anymore. So if you decide to stay here you’ll be glad to have all the comforts of home at your finger tips.

Our neighborhood is a golf course community. This neighborhood is sought out by many to live here. Very quiet. Great for walks, hiking, biking riding and evening cocktails on the beautiful patio of our club house with stunning views. Also easy access to anywhere in the Kamloops area. We always say “ nothing is more than 15min away” and “rush hr begins at 5 to 5 and ends at 5 after 5” you’ll love it here.
